The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Our new apartment is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in the village of Neuenwalde and is centrally located. Distance to: Cuxhaven 30 km, Dorum-Neufeld 15 km, Bremerhaven 22 km. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.

The holiday home is located in Midlum, a district of the municipality of Wurster North Sea coast. About 800 m from the center of the village, the old settlement with 14 houses was created in the 50s. The accommodation is on the 1st floor and has 74m². Due to its central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the FeWo is the ideal starting point for all day trips.

Very well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and lovingly furnished rooms. Perfect for switching off and enjoying the peace and quiet. Linens and towels are to be brought. It has a large swimming lake.
