The built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phthalate-free) and electrical system were renovated in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the outskirts of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow clinker apartment building" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22. Small southwest balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/dish towel must be brought optionally for an additional charge of 20 euros per person.

Vacation in the North Frisian expanse, right on the Danish border and close to the island and Hallig world, the Wadden Sea, but far away from the tourist hotspots. We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Here you can experience the famous sort sol, the black sun, in the spring and autumn, the breathtaking dance of ten thousand starlings in the evening sky.

THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful North Strander beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting North Beach Nixenhaus with two apartments. Ideally suited for two people, this small apartment is on the ground floor. On request, three people can stay here, the third person may sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this seaside apartment, the Nordstrandnixe is located over land.

Greenland on Föhr

Hello! We offer our cozy half of a thatched house. The cottage has 37 sqm downstairs, 28 sqm upstairs, a total of about 65 sqm. Upstairs, of course, is slanted. It is located in Boldixum on Föhr. This is a district of Wyk. Since it is still privately used by us, it does not have one thing: the efficient, smooth charm of a vacation home. Where the wild roses grow, that's where we live.
