The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. Yael and Robert provided a gorgeous eco retreat on an amazing section of Kangaroo Island. All the local goodies and recommendations given was amazing. Super attentive and responsive throughout our whole stay. The villa was a great location for ‘home base’ to explore the island from. Lots of wildlife can be seen from the villa. Some special treats were a koala only one metre off the ground as well as a kangaroo with its Joey. Would definitely stay again!

After a month of travelling around the country, we arrived in this wonderfull house. A place to stop and rest. It is just marvellous to wake up in such a place, the view is splendid. I loved staying here. It was a great location to the airport and shops in Kingscote. The bed was super comfortable and had good quality linens. Water pressure was great and hot (just don’t do the dishes when someone is in the shower). I recommended this place to stay, and definitely would stay here again myself!

We enjoyed our stay at Mary-Alice and Ron’s studio. The studio was cosy and comfortable and is located in a beautiful spot. We were visited by wallabies, possums and various birds. The hosts were very responsive to our queries and it’s clear they are passionate about ensuring guests having a good experience. We would love to visit again sometime and explore more of Kangaroo Island, it’s a big place with lots to see! Thank you so much Mary-Alice and Ron! :)
