Located just behind Santa Rita square, our colonial house accommodates 9 people in 3 suites (all with AC). One of the suites is a very large mezzanine with 5 single beds. Included in the price is the daily preparation of breakfast and cleaning service. If desired, you can also ask our staff (and amazing cook) to shop on your behalf and prepare a delicious lunch for your group (preparation of lunch and/or dinner are extra services, to be paid directly to our staff - R$ 150 per meal).

Large house, very comfortable and charming, close to the beach. With maid service from Monday to Friday , weekdays . Living room with cable TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and full kitchen utensils. It has a balcony and deck with a spectacular view, with tables for meals, countertops and sink, wine cellar, charcoal barbecue and a delicious shower right at the entrance. Anyway, all the best for those looking for rest and comfort!!

IMPORTANT: THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED UNDER THE BALCONY WHERE WE SERVE BREAKFAST, SO THERE MAY BE NOISE. The inn is located 5 minutes from the historic center on foot and 2 minutes from the beach. We have the best panoramic view of the sea and historic center of Paraty. This apartment is 17m2, with an open TV, minibar, split air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. We offer a delicious breakfast with a beautiful ocean view.
