very quiet neighborhood, clean spacious house. Parking was big enough for a truck and trailer. The garage was a bonus to keep motorcycle overnight. Great little place

I would recommend the place to everyone. It was nothing but a pleasure to stay there. Oh, and the beds were awesome.

This little cabin is FABULOUS! I love staying in places that feel like home and this definitely fit the bill. The kitchen had every dish and pan you could want. Full size frig, some dry goods in the cabinets, lots of extra blankets. We loved the quirkiness and character!

My family and I loved everything about this home! There was plenty of space for our family of five! The home was super clean and decorated beautifully. You can tell lots of love and time goes into making the home feel just as that, like home! We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the cedar point sports center, the location was perfect! We also visited the park a couple times, couldn't have been any easier to get there! Lots of stuff to do, also lots of restaurants and within 10 minutes of the grocery store! If we come back to Ohio, we'd definitely like to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The space was spotless, smelled amazing, and was incredibly spacious and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location couldn’t have been better, with everything we needed close by. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

THE BEST HOST EVER!!! Extremely friendly, awesome communication, always checked in on us to make sure if we need anything, and made us feel at home. More amenities than any other airbnb we have booked before. All the furniture was really comfortable, the pull-out futon was a major plus. We absolutely loved our stay at Lisa's place. It exceeded our expectations - it was a clean and peaceful space with everything we needed close at hand. The bed was very comfortable and supportive, and the shower was nice and hot. Lisa was easy to contact and so friendly. She responded promptly, although we only needed to reach out during check in and check out - we didn't have any questions or issues during our stay due to the clear instructions she provided! All in all, a wonderful stay. We're hoping to return next year! Thank you so much, Lisa.

A cozy condo right on Portage river with a beautiful view. The home was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. My kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub looked nice, though we did not try it. They have all the necessities at the condo (even the beach towels!), and the kitchen is well-equipped. Jeff & Kerri responded to all of our messages very quickly, and provided some great suggestions, they are super friendly hosts! The location is also great - just a short walk to Jet Express, Coffee Express, and Lake Erie. The Waterworks Park nearby was amazing for a picnic, bird watching, sunset on the lake, and the view of the lighthouse.

I appreciate the ease of booking and entry. Everything was neat and clean. Very enjoyable experience!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Toledo House and will most definitely be booking again in the future! My only recommendation would be to put in the Airbnb description that there are private entrances and bathrooms for all units, as well as hot water. There was some confusion and I ended up reaching out to Skip for clarification before our stay. The location was great! The room was extremely clean and we heard no noise whatsoever from the neighbors. As I said, we will be staying here again!

Cassie's place has just recently been redecorated. It's not only beautifully decorated, but had everything my daughter and I needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. She was very responsive to my questions. It's also at the heart of all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment, which was a wonderful bonus! I would whole-heartedly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Lakeside!

I booked the space for me, my niece and her best friend as a post graduation girls getaway. It was the best way to do a beach without driving for hours. The hot tub, pool and beach area were great! The condo its self had everything we needed to feel at home. Everyone we bumped into was friendly. There were plenty of places to eat and enough activities close by to keep us busy even on the rainy days.

Place was very well equipped and accommodating for all of our needs as fisherman couldn't ask for anything more Thank you!

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at this historic place! It has a lot of charm and adds well to the overall vibe of Pelee Island. Whether you want to explore the island or just stay in the house and rest, you can't go wrong choosing this listing. The place is clean, quiet, and the perfect size for a weekend getaway. The lake is right across from the front yard, and we would just sit and read each night while enjoying the sunset view. Loved Pelee Island and our stay in this cottage. Alexander was very responsive and the instructions were very clear. We would definitely come back!

Peaceful cottage right on the beach with the sunrise to welcome your morning. Friendly people in the neighborhood. Great value, especially if you occupy all three rooms. I appreciated that the host met me on the premises to give a brief overview and thanked me for my business. Guidebook was very helpful. Lot of amenities provided. Unfortunately, I did not read the part about the garbage removal in a timely fashion, and the waste transfer station was closed when I left, so I took the garbage with me. Thankfully it was not much and I had my car.

"This Old Lake House" was just what we needed for our R&R and visit to the area. Perfectly located as our base of operations during our visit. The house was clean and the charm that made our stay so enjoyable. Linda the host was always responsive to our messages. Thank you!

We had a wonderful couple days. I loved watching all the robins and bunnies.

Keith made check in easy and straightforward. His cottage is clean, with an open layout. The sun porch is large and gorgeous, facing a nice sandy beach and spectacular views of the lake (there is even a tv and swing on the porch!). The living room is very open, with huge windows facing the lake and beautiful sunlights. It was a very comfortable stay. The set up really makes you feel at home. Even though the cottage is pet-friendly, it is very clean and there is no pet odour! He includes helpful information when you arrive, including a helpful map of the island, marked with the locations of important and recommended places on Pelee. He even has a fun scavenger hunt to help you get to know the cottage and the island! The cottage is in a nice part of the island, near the lighthouse and not far from the snack bars in Scutter. Keith quickly responded to our questions and was available if we had anything to ask. It was an all-around great experience with an excellent host. Thanks Keith!
