This charming historic 3 story house is conveniently located to suit all your needs. The skylight in the kitchen and the master bedroom balcony serve as light traps for that relaxed sunny vibe without leaving the front door. Less than a 5min walk to central station and 10min from the centre, this bohemian retreat is a great place to stay cozy in the evenings. Downsides: paid parking, can be noisy on the street and through the walls, and the traditional Dutch staircases warrants caution.

Colourful house in friendly and quiet neighbourhood on walking distance from Delft centre and Delft station. There is a front garden and back garden, so always sun and shade whichever you prefer. The house has a bedrooms with a double bed. Please note the bedroom is two (steep-ish) floors up, while the bathroom is groundfloor. Supermarket, swimming pool, park within 500 meters. Station at 10 mins. I live in the house when not hosting, while I remove personal things, you'll find books etc.

Karakteristieke woning, die in 1651 is gebouwd als herberg / gemeentehuis voor de buurtschap Zouteveen, waar huwelijken werden gesloten en geboorten werden aangegeven, maar ook recht werd gesproken. In 1740 werd er een koeienstal en varkersstal aangebouwd, waarna het tot 1960 een boerderij werd. Deze parel is nu een rijksmonument en ligt aan het water. De steden Delft, Den Haag, Vlaardingen en Rotterdam zie je aan de horizon. Hier vind je rust, ruimte en romantiek, maar ook luxe en comfort.

Het gehele huis voor 6 personen is tot je beschikking. Wij hebben een babybed + stoel voor kinderen tot 3 jaar. Wij proberen duurzaam te wonen: met zonnepanelen, een warmtepomp en een goed geisoleerd huis trachten we de CO2 uitstoot te reduceren. Bedlinnen, handdoeken en gratis parkeren zijn inbegrepen. Je kunt ook met ons verblijven en samen dineren als je dat wilt. In dat geval bespreken wij samen een redelijke prijs. In 20 minuten loop je naar het historisch centrum van Delft.
