Our property is located right in the center of Delft. This is a double upstairs apartment with lots of light and equipped with all comforts. A bathroom, separate toilet and full kitchen are provided. The apartment is located above an office and has NOTE: STYLES OF STAIRS. For children and the elderly it is less accessible. Feel like a coziness? You can walk out of the street and you are in the center of Delft which consists of cozy cafes, bars, terraces, shops, TU Delft and the CS of Delft.

This studio, located on the ground floor of the building, is 41 square meters in size and has everything you need. The studio is fully equipped and furnished with a bed, a sofa, a closet, a dining table, and chairs. The space is cleverly divided by using a desk bed. This piece of furniture functions when unfolded as a bed (160x200) and folded as a desk to save space. The apartment is spacious and has many amenities, a stable WiFi speed of 300 Mbps, a thick mattress of 180 cm wide, a nice living room and TV with Netflix. The view from the 8th floor is on the large windmills of Schiedam.

The central station is a five-minute walk away, shops and delicious restaurants are a stone's throw away. The attic floor is complete and tastefully luxuriously furnished, a kitchen, shower, toilet. The picturesque canal house does not have an elevator, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
