The apartment is just perfect! Great for two or three people. In fact, the pictures don't live up to the place... It's really a very cozy and welcoming place. Everything was in the most perfect order and organization, smell of cleanliness in every room. It's all very impeccable. Marcelo was extremely attentive from the very first moment. I will definitely rent the space again when I can return to Recife!

The apartment is next to the largest and newest mall in Recife, RioMar! Across the street is inside the mall, which in turn has everything from a supermarket to a pharmacy and restaurants. On Pina Beach, the address is completely centralized, close to the main beaches and the center of Recife, as well as a direct route to Olinda. The apartment accommodates 3 to 4 people well, on the east side (with shade in the afternoon), yet air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room. To the host Gustavo, I request at all times, whoever is really interested, I Super Recommend!

Simply Perfect! My stay was wonderful from start to finish. The host was super attentive, always quick to respond and very helpful with all questions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well decorated and exactly as shown in the photos – even better! The location is excellent, close to everything I needed and in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, and the little details (like coffee, fragrant towels and local tips) made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it with my eyes closed. We were moving to Recife and needed a temporary place to stay while we looked for a more permanent home. This apartment was perfect and we were very happy with everything about it. It was exactly as advertised. The location is exceptional and the people who work in the apartment complex were always super professional and helpful. Orquidia, the owner, was also very responsive. We highly recommend this apartment.

The stay was very quiet. Complete and comfortable apartment. I thought it was perfect for 1 or even 2 people. Everything is fine. It was great. Well-located building, easy to get an Uber, close to the airport and there is also a grocery store in the garage that makes life much easier. I only missed a hair dryer (we got heavy rain on Saturday night and then there was no way to dry my hair). The wardrobe door needs maintenance, but nothing that would disrupt the stay (I spoke to the host and she said it was about to be fixed).

Perfect for the Practical Traveler! Fernando's space offers excellent practicality, comfort and simplicity, making it an ideal stay. Its prime location near the waterfront means you're just steps from the beach. In addition, Parque Dona Lindu is super close, offering a great place for family outings. This accommodation is especially suitable for those who spend most of their time exploring and only need a comfortable and convenient place to return and sleep.

The accommodation is extremely complete, in addition to being located in a condominium that offers many leisure options. Access is greatly facilitated by not needing keys and the super quiet neighborhood. Indico very much this accommodation option, myself and my friends feel at home.

The condominium is very nice, the house is good. We had an unforeseen issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed. Communication with the host and the person in charge was very good. I leave as a suggestion, to make it even more cozy, an inclusion of affective decoration items and on the terrace a set of table and comfortable chairs so that guests can comfortably enjoy the climate and breeze that comes from the sea.
