The apartment exceeded expectations. spacious, well-equipped, comfortable bed and pillows and the very tasty shower. The location is excellent! much nearby and the beautiful view. The building has 24-hour concierge, leisure area and very requested staff. I had to work and the internet worked perfectly. It made my visit to Recife even better.

Second time we stayed at Katia's apartment. Everything is very clean and organized, the building is new and the staff are very kind and responsive. We hope to return soon.

The location of the apt is great, very close to a small square, the beach and has two pharmacies in front. I just missed a supermarket and bakery nearby. The apto is a good size, the neighborhood is quiet, we had no problems with noise. The hosts were very solitative and provided two items that we needed (hairdryer and duvet). I recommend it!

Francisco's place is really charming! Couldn't have made a better choice. The neighborhood has everything nearby, plus beautiful buildings around. The building is a find too, super safe and attentive staff to help visitors and open the gates. Francisco is a lovely person and always attentive to whether everything was all right. Everything was very perfect and without complications. PS: the extremely efficient air-conditioning for the wonderful heat of Recife. That will be my choice on the next visit. Very well furnished apartment with a full kitchen with all kinds of appliances. The bed and bath linens are of very good quality. The building has a great leisure area and is well located, close to restaurants, supermarkets and squares.

It was amazing!! First I was delighted with the view. The apartment is extremely organized and beautiful, I felt at home! Upon arrival, all the apartment's accommodations are extremely clean, organized. About the kitchen, for those who go there to cook meals, you will enjoy it a lot, because it is complete with utensils. Attention to every detail, all linens and towels in the correct quantity, clean and new. Air conditioning works properly and in the living room there is a ceiling fan that is perfect, in addition to a Smart TV, the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower works with hot, cold and warm water and the water pressure is good.

The apartment was good, but it is ideal for 2 people, in 4 people, it was a bit tight, since in the living room there is no air conditioning and the fan was weak and on the bench only 2 chairs. The concierge staff are all very friendly and attentive with a lot of security. In the surrounding countryside has all necessary infra, pharmacy, bakery, market and very good restaurants. We already miss Recife.
