Staying with Bety was a pleasure! She is a kind and welcoming host, making us feel right at home. The place itself is cozy and comfortable, ideal for anyone traveling by car. Having parking on-site was incredibly convenient.

The place is small but warm, it is clean and has a wonderful view, what I did not like was that the bathroom was connected to the 2 bedrooms, but if it does not affect you, it is a nice place to rest…

The house is very spacious and beautiful, the location is as indicated in the listing and is 10 minutes from downtown. It is 4 levels what is important to have in cue ta if you are traveling with children or people who are difficult to go up and down stairs

A super ecological and sustainable place, it has a lot of style in and artistic expressions that give it a very own touch of Victor. I would just put curtains on some windows and you can decide if you want them to see you or not... Overall good.

A perfect space for my needs, with everything you need to have a safe, quiet and comfortable stay, in an area with easy access to the town's amenities and restaurants. Juta is a very nice person, I can say that she is a wonderful host, very attentive and always available. I'm sure when I return to visit Ajijic, I'll stay with her.

Nice place close to the plaza and many places to eat and drink and see Jocotepec. I walked to the malacon. Easy.

I very much enjoyed my stay with Julio and his wife. This was my first long-term stay in Mexico. I was looking for a place that was safe and secure, and within driving distance to interesting locations. Driving in Mexico is not as easy as what I expected, so I did not travel around much. But that was not a such problem for me since my biggest priority was to stay somewhere I could decompress and do some work. I was more than satisfied with this accommodation. I found a space here with Julio and Emilia that was perfect for me. They are amazing people - very kind and responsive. I loved this time with them!

If they have the opportunity to go to this place, they really will not regret it, it is the perfect place to spend an incredible weekend, forget about earrings and just let go, it is a charm the place and the attention is incredible, I will definitely come back.

The accommodation is impressive for its beauty, functionality, huge garden and the facilities in perfect condition. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very well lit, cozy and spacious. The view of the lake, although distant, gives it a very special touch. Manuel and Vicente's service was ideal; they were attentive all the time and resolved any need but carefully respected our privacy.

I never comment on any stay I stay in but this was definitely the best, I loved the super cleanliness, the sheets and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The location is very accessible, the area was very quiet, it is suitable for people who like rest and silence. Everyone is very friendly, Baltazar is very helpful and cordial. The cleanest and quietest place I've ever stayed, I will definitely come back and recommend it 100%. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness because there wasn't a bit of dust. That's what I loved because literally anything you want to use is clean and everything is new. It's a very warm place and it feels like being at home

Rodrigo’s place is cozy and nicely appointed. It has good circulation and all the items for cooking in the kitchen.

The photos do not do justice to the wonder of Cuba. You sleep in a mono space, no room closes with door. Ideal for strolling through the forest within the extensive perimeter of the same terrain. Patio ideal for kids. It has a tree house even for adults. Wifi never failed. August, rainy season that makes your experience more special. If you are going to cook, do not forget to buy everything in the village (up to the salt) because it is slightly removed as if to go back and forth. Tip: Cook on the grill with charcoal and/or wood and eat at the interperie.

Ramon was by far the best host I’ve ever experienced with Airbnb. He gave thoughtful recommendations, was very attentive and helpful, made my stay extremely enjoyable, and went above and beyond as a host. The casita was just as described, ideally located, spacious and comfortable in every way. The views from the covered roof patio were spectacular and the pool provided a great relief from the heat. In addition his lovely wife was also kind enough to share some delicious homemade meals during my stay which made my stay memorable. Will definitely be back and highly recommended.

Excellent host, very clean place, it's more spacious than what you see in the photos. Very central and quiet place. He helped us by giving recommendations for places to eat and to get around.

I had a very comfortable time, there were complications to get from downtown but James was patient and quick to respond. The place is very nice and James is always very attentive. I hope to return soon.

Everything was great. When it was new year we had somewhat annoying neighbors as they had music all night. However, the experience on the property was very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay for 12 days. The location was perfect for our need and felt very safe even in the evening. We recommend this airbnb to other potential clients. Note: when you arrive at Airbnb, the door buzzer is in the top of the front entrance above your head on the left side. I didn’t know that when we arrive and ask the neighbor.

Wonderful spot to stay. Comfortable room and beautiful shared spaces. Loved the pool and sitting on all three levels of decks. Verónica is a gracious hostess and always responsive to any questions. Such a wonderful location in Lake Chapala area - close to everything. Muchas Gracias for sharing this lovely home with us. We will definitely be back 😁
