Excellent location, the space complied with the rules, very clean, not noisy, Ma De Los Ángeles, was always attentive, I highly recommend it and I would return to her place, I did not have the opportunity to get into the pool because of my work schedule, but it looked very clean and nice. It is located in a very safe area and has parking inside the premises.

The place is spectacular, first-class facilities with an architecture that blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape. The service is unbeatable, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and all the staff were empathetic with the situation, they helped us and always sought our comfort. Congratulations!

The place and service are exceptional, with warmth and great service. We were touched by the coldest room on the property but they took us a heater and extra blankets. We'd be happy to come back.

Excelente location , beautiful view.The place looks better in person . Very clean and elegant. The room felt very private, I didn’t hear any noise from other guest . Everything is walking distance restaurants, pharmacies, shops and more . Felt very safe walking around even at night . Cosme was very responsive and very helpful. I called him almost every day and he helped me right away as I was having some health problems. He was so kind and helpful. Definitely worth the money . I recommend this place 100%. The lady at the natural store next door is very nice , she went above and beyond to help me find the stores I was looking for. She even called a local restaurant to come take my order to have it delivered. My main concern was safety and I felt very very safe any time of the day .

I was just one night for an event, the place was clean and nice as well as the Sra who welcomed me was very friendly and thoughtful, if I recommend it:)! The only better point is the communication, since the host did not attend to my messages on the platform, however I wrote to his cell phone and answered my doubts, thank you very much!

It has nice details. It's very important that you wear a mask because a lot of light comes in. It's important to remember that it's a very nice town, so there's a lot of noise from the parties. The hosts are extremely attentive to everything. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at this beautiful location and neighborhood! Amazing community feel, with open and inviting shared spaces and plenty of places to relax on the property. Everyone on staff was so nice, making our stay super easy, fun and social. This is really one of the nicest areas in Ajijic, and walkable to town, for those who want to venture out :)
