Fire pit, outhouse with compost toilet, outdoor solar shower, and woodstove in the yurt. Visit the quaint towns of Grass Lake and Chelsea or go swimming in one of several nearby lakes. Outside features a large fenced-in yard (no fence blocking the lake). You can go kayaking, fishing, or soak up the sun while lounging on the deck.

Four kayaks and life vests are available for use. Bring your boat and park it at the 2 available boat docks on the property! Public boat launch is located a short walking distance away. Restaurants, ice cream place, and convenience stores are located within walking distance or a short drive away.

The Barn Quilt Bungalow- Views of horses right out your window! Includes 1 bedroom (queen), 1 pull out mattress (queen), 1 bathroom (shower only), living room, kitchen, heat & A/C. Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Airbnb will be contacted immediately if you exceed the max occupancy. No children, animals, or service animals (allergy/ health hazard).

Stay in a YURT on An Equine Rescue Ranch

The yurt is located on a 30 Acre Equine Rescue ranch. It is a 4 season 20ft yurt in the middle of the ranch with a beautiful view of Mustangs (American Legends). All proceeds from rental will go back to the rescue. There is electric, an outhouse a short walk away, a cold water spigot close by. Minutes away from Pleasant Lake for swimming, a local winery & 38 minutes from Ann Arbor. We offer tours and chances to interact with equines, including American Mustangs!

A cozy, comfortable vintage cottage offering lake views. The property is embraced by the 21K Acre Waterloo State Recreation Area, one of the largest in Michigan.
