If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The house is located in the surrounding area of Berlin (30 minutes by car to the center) and close to Potsdam with its historic old town and Sanssouci Castle (20 minutes by car). Not far away is Seddiner See (15 min walk) with adjoining golf course.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay.
