Super nice large house with Greek flair, yet very modern. We were very hospitably received with delicious freshly baked cake and fruit. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable. There is not much to see on foot, but with a rental car it is a good starting point for excursions in central Crete and in the south of the island. The village square was sometimes quite loud, but that didn't bother us. The hosts were always available and very nice and gave us good recommendations for the area.

Words cannot describe enough the wonderful time we had staying here. We stayed in 2 other places in our visit to Crete as this was by far the best and our favourite! The village is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant has amazing food which is cooked by Georgious (who is a great chef!) and the local cafe also has amazing food (you have to try Lefki’s Galaktoboureko it’s divine!) The atmosphere of the whole village is perfect. The surroundings are serene and beautiful and watching the sunset behind the mountains is a magical experience. Maria is one of the kindest, gentlest and warmest people you could ever meet and she really made our holiday one we will never forget. She recommended many places to visit and things to do which were amazing and we would not have found them without her! We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and the great evenings we had chatting under the stars by the mountain. We will be back very soon to visit!

Afroditi sees you not only as a guest, but also as a friend. We were allowed to help ourselves to their own home-grown tomatoes, were allowed to taste delicious traditional Cretan dishes and were invited to a celebration in the village. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a short but also long stay. Thanks for the time 😊

We stayed at this beautiful villa with our adult children and an older parent, and it exceeded our expectations. Perched high above Moires, it offers stunning views of the valley and distant mountains. The villa is exactly as shown, with a fantastic outdoor pool, lovely gardens, and an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Inside, everything was clean and well-presented, complete with a wonderful welcome pack. All the rooms were just as advertised, with quality linens and towels. George, the owner, was incredibly attentive, communicating effectively and even cooking delicious Cretan meals for us on several evenings. He also shared great recommendations for local trips, restaurants, and beaches. I can’t recommend this villa enough—it’s perfect, and I can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Georgios’ place. Communication with him and his wife was very smooth — they responded quickly whenever we had a question and were also very flexible with the check-in. The flat is a dream and waking up every morning to such a beautiful view right by the beach felt like a real fairytale. We truly felt that they cared about us — they kept us informed about important things (like an earthquake) and other helpful updates. We highly recommend the flat and them as hosts. Would definitely love to come back. Thanks for everything!

We stayed with our 3 kids for 8 nights in June. Accomodation is spacious, modern and clean. Just the bathrooms were little tiny. Giorgos is a great host and he was available all time by Instant Messaging. The beach had very few other guests just at weekend a few locals were around, which was actually charming. You must be aware part of the roads are not paved, but luckily we followed Giorgos recommendation to rent a SUV. A real super market is 30-45 minutes by car, but a few local small markets are nearer. Taverns around are good at reasonable prices. We were aware of the location and what we booked, so we had fantastic holidays. Perfect place to spent time to relax, slow down and enjoy time with family. Strong recommendation to rent Kyma Appartment!

We had a great time at Elini and Emmanouela's. The house and its environment is a peaceful oasis. The views are simply splendid! The house is very beautiful and has a lot of space. Functional with everything you need for a good vacation. It is very hot in August, we enjoyed the proximity to the private beach. About 10 min to walk down with walking shoes because it's quite a way down, but our 7 and 10 year old children were able to follow without any problems. The pebble beach is very beautiful with translucent water. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the nearest supermarket. Taverns about 5 minutes away offer delicious and inexpensive local specialties! It's a real little paradise of tranquility. Don't be afraid to drive on dirt roads with little space and slope to reach the house, nevertheless it is done without problem. We highly recommend a stay at Eleni and Emmanouela's

George's house is very beautiful and peaceful, with attention to the finest details such as the paintings, lighting, and the decorations on the table. He is very hospitable and generous. The place is extremely quiet, and the sound of the waves brings a sense of inner peace.
