Monthly Rentals in Miamiville

Only stayed for the evening but it was a perfect place to catch up with an old friend after an event. Right on the river with a nice porch to hang out.

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

Sarah and Garret’s place is so charming! As an Airbnb host myself, I appreciate when hosts go above and beyond and they did just that. The bungalow was clean and well stocked from everything you need in the kitchen to the bathroom. The linens are lovely and cozy (yay cotton!) and the decor was just perfect. Our kids loved the loft area - it was a great place for them to escape. The French press (and coffee grinder) and local coffee beans were great and so was the selection of tea! We especially loved the porch swing. :) Thanks, Sarah and Garret! We will happily return if the opportunity arises. Keep up the great work!

I was nervous traveling by myself this time, but Linda’s place was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in a lovely area (Loveland, OH) and I immediately felt safe and at home there. There was a tornado watch during my stay and despite the late hour, Linda was VERY responsive and helpful. Not only was she very responsive, she was generous with supplies like toilet paper, laundry supplies, and dishwasher needs. I did not cook while there so I can’t speak to the kitchen equipment, but the bed was comfortable, the heat and air (I used both) worked great, there was the cutest little play area if my grandkids were older, and the furniture was nice to relax in. I would love to stay here again.
