It has a swimming pool, a terrace for eating (attached to the kitchen) outside, a barbecue, and different garden areas, with grass, flowers and paving ideal for playing or parking. On the ground floor we have a large kitchen equipped with a laundry room, large living room, bedroom, full bathroom and office, on the first floor there is a gym, 2 double bedrooms, one with a terrace, a bedroom with two beds, a full bathroom and a multifunctional room.
