Reconnect with nature at this memorable escape Dating back to 1163 we are renovating our watermill on the banks of the river Couesnon, (which flows into the bay of Mount Saint Michel ). Our Pigsty gite which over looks the river, is located in the grounds of our water Mill We are in rural Brittany at the heart of the farming community. The sound of running water and wildlife gives a location in which to unwind and take in nature, such as the kingfisher or Salamander should they be about!

Located at the crossroads of the cities of Rennes, Vitré and Fougères, this pleasant 38 m² apartment, completely refurbished in 2020, is located in the heart of the historic center of St Aubin du Cormier, labeled Petite Cité de Caractère, close to the shops of the city. It consists of an equipped kitchen (table top refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction table, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), sitting area, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, toilet.

Quiet neighborhood in a municipality located 20 minutes from Rennes center by car. The train station is a 7-minute walk (17-minute journey to Rennes train station) and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk (bus 71 to Les Gayeulles metro stop). Parking space available. We're just a few pedals away from the canal. No smoking allowed.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

La Petite Maison

This apartment is located in Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier, labeled Petit Citée de Caractère, with quick access to the A84 (Rennes-Caen) 40 minutes from Mont St Michel, 1 hour from St Malo Dinard Vitré, Fougères are 15 minutes away. Pleasant towns with their large castles. All shops are a 10-minute walk away. Bakery, butcher, deli, supermarket. Market on Thursday morning Pond located near the Bourg Free public parking in front of the residence.

The accommodation includes on the ground floor a living room with an equipped kitchen and its dining area open to the living room. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 beds 90 x 190. Possibility of an extra bed. Bed linen and towels provided. Private parking.

40 m2 house in the extension of a farmhouse with a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, equipped kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Linens and towels are provided. In the living room, the sofa is convertible. Possibility of providing 1 baby crib, 1 baby high chair. Self check-in, parking available next door. No outside but adjoining park with games for children and picnic table.
