In the historic heart of Caen, next to the town hall and the Abbey of Men, fully renovated old apartment of 65 m2, bright ground floor overlooking courtyard and garden, including a fully equipped open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub. A south-facing terrace overlooking a sunny enclosed garden, parking possible in the courtyard. Television, Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen provided.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our house, independent access by external staircase, it is composed of 2 bedrooms (bedroom no. 1 30 m2, bedroom no. 2 16 m2), a dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom, toilet. Provision of an umbrella bed if necessary. Optional breakfast available (€5) Guests can enjoy an independent garden and garden furniture

Located in a small town in Calvados, in the heart of the Auge region, our single-story home has been refurbished including the bedding. We are close to the beautiful Canon Castle, famous for its receptions and beautiful gardens. Equal distance from the cities of CAEN (Ladies' Abbey and World War II Memorial), FALAISE (William the Conqueror's Castle) and LISIEUX (basilica) or 25 km. Not to mention Deauville, HONFLEUR next door. Close to A13 and train station.
