Half-timbered house located 10 minutes from the A13 and 19 km from Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg and Houlgate. The house was renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 8 people. Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

The apartment is located on the first floor of our house, independent access by external staircase, it is composed of 2 bedrooms (bedroom no. 1 30 m2, bedroom no. 2 16 m2), a dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom, toilet. House located 5 km from Lisieux, 30 minutes from Deauville & Honfleur, in the heart of a green hamlet where peace and quiet reign. The landing sites are about 1 hour away.

In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, on the cider route in the charming village of Cambremer: Well-equipped 27 m2 trailer, all comforts can ideally accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It is set in a large flowered and wooded garden. Well exposed terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue available. On site, you can taste the vegetables from our vegetable garden and our honey depending on the season.
