Upon entering the apartment, you will arrive in the main room (living room, dining area). From there you will have access on one side to the kitchen and bathroom by going up 2 small steps. On the other side, you will have the bedroom. Please let us know if you are booking for 2 people and need both beds. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator in a secure 11th century castle. The apartment is quiet and located less than 10 minutes' walk from Uriage and the heart of the Saint Martin d'Uriage village, 20 minutes by car from Grenoble, and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse station.

This accommodation (with air conditioning) offers the advantage of being close to Grenoble and shops, while being in a natural environment. In the heart of the large Parc de l 'Île d' Amour, you will be a 6-minute walk from the C1 bus line (direct line Grenoble/train station), the campus, the mountains, the bike paths, while being in the middle of nature. You will sleep in a wood and mountain atmosphere, with a library dedicated to travel. You will be able to park easily and for free on the street.

The room is in a 1980s villa located in a quiet and green residential area of Meylan. The private balcony of the bedroom overlooks the park of a beautiful mansion which ensures it's quiet and unobstructed view. The room is about 12 m2, it has a king size bed. The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the innovative area. A bus stop is 50 meters from the house and serves this entire part of Meylan in minutes.

130 m2 house. (It's my primary residence, so it has personal belongings...) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright home, very nice view . I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for everyone's sake! following VERY unpleasant surprises (weddings in particular) do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! I speak English. non-smoking. neat cleaning of the house to be done upon your departure .
