I was attended by a girl named Mariana, very helpful at all times, she answered all my questions. Regarding the place, it is a small room that is seen in the photo, the bed and the closet is a little old but for the price they fulfill their function and as mentioned in other descriptions, the room is attached to the kitchen, and although it is small and all the noises are heard, I had no problem with the other guests, so the bathroom was kept clean

Our stay at this house was truly enjoyable! The location was ideal, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars, making it easy to experience the local food scene. As a group of four, we loved having our own beds—it made resting after a long day even better. The patio quickly became our favorite spot to unwind, offering a great way to relax after exploring. For travelers seeking a centrally located home with ample space for groups of four or more, this is a great choice. While there is construction across the street, it wasn’t disruptive since we were out for most of the day. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and felt very safe for walking, and having small grocery stores just a short stroll away made picking up essentials super convenient. Overall, this place made our trip special, and we highly recommend it!

Santiago’s home is beautifully curated. There was an issue with the ceiling wall having leaked but he informed us in advance and it was strictly cosmetic issue. Very friendly and communicative. Happy to stay here again

Best place hands down. Amenities were exactly as described, this was exactly the place for a solo traveler. She was very friendly and attentive! Can’t forget about the beautiful garden! Great spot for a morning cup of coffee and a great book or even get some work done on the computer! Highly recommended :)

The place it located in a centric area I liked that.

Good location with a bunch of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The space is a bit small for two people but otherwise it is as described. The metro (pink line) still wasn't finished by the time we traveled (may 2025) so we had to walk a ways to get the nearest stop. once it's done, it will be super close and convenient to this bnb.

Enjoyed my stay and would return. Location is great and in walking distance to museums and restaurants. Host was easy to communicate with. The unit I stayed in was clean and was cleaned every day. I had no issues with check-in and it was quiet for sleeping which is important. No AC and air flow was a little troublesome but with windows open, over all it was ok. That was only issues but considering I am in a city in Mexico and the value of what I am getting for this Airbnb stay I was happy and couldn’t have expected more. Thank you!

Everything was really nice, I didn’t really had trouble with noise when closing windows and bed was comfortable. AC working perfectly fine. Cleaning people always left everything super clean and organized. The only thing I didn’t like, specifically because it was NOT advertised, is that you only have 10 minutes of hot water in the shower, this is something that was very disappointing for the price of the apartments and is something that should at least be mentioned in the listing.

Awesome place to stay that is very clean, safe and friendly staff! Right in the middle of all the action and extremely walkable to tons of great restaurants, bars, and parks! Would stay here again for sure.

Great and cozy place to stay, exact same as on the pictures. Perfect location, easy to walk around from there. Just one negative thing is soo much noise from the traffic in the morning.

Great space and location, excellent amenities and services. Would highly recommend. Can be a bit loud as the room is on ground floor and lobby adjacent, but wouldn't stop me from staying again as I'm used to city noises.

My family and I really enjoyed this apartment with nice views, spacious and comfortable. Very well located for walking to many of our needs. It is a quiet neighborhood.

Location 10/10 close to the main tourist attractions, very quiet area and building guarded all day by guard, the place is super comfortable, as well as the beds, in conclusion very nice place , we loved it, to return to Mexico I would definitely choose the same place

Book Isra's Airbnb to attend a concert at GNP Stadium. A 15-minute walk away you can reach the Puebla metro station and get off at the Ciudad Deportiva stop, which leaves you next to door 6 of the GNP stadium. I think it's a great option for events at the GNP stadium. The area is safe to walk at any time. As for what the Airbnb offers, it is a very good option as well as the building where it is located.

I can’t fault the place, it was clean and tidy upon arrival exactly as described and easy to check in. Location is great, walkable and quiet. Host is responsive and friendly when helping with requests. The place has everything you need including metro cards.

I give it 5 stars because the apartment is exactly as described in the listing and Cristina's service is very good. We had a problem and it was resolved the same day. Recommended.
