The building, dating back to the 15th century, has been completely renovated after years of abandonment into modern and functional design apartments, each accommodating 2-3 guests. This beautiful designer flat, inspired by the oriental aesthetic, features a unique tatami bed and a breathtaking view of the Woëvre valley. As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by the pure and natural smell of the untreated wood floor and furniture, followed by the incredible view which will be in front of your eyes. The big windows and the South-East orientation also guarantee you plenty of sunlight throughout the day. Relax on the balcony with seating and a table, perfect for enjoying the view day and night. We've taken care of everything to ensure a comfortable stay, including cooking essentials like oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, as well as towels, shampoo, body wash, and soap.

At the entrance to the Chêne Saint-Amand Commercial Area, discover this magnificent new house built a few meters from the Lac du Der bike path. Enjoy major brands such as McDonald's, Ange, Leclerc, Del Arte 100 m away. Three bedrooms available to guests, a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room and an outdoor area.
