We really loved the garden of Jeannine’s house! And the house stayed nice and cool on the hot summer days. But most importantly Jeannine is a very relaxed and nice host. She gave us delicious vegetables and herbs from her garden and some toys for our little son to play with. We had a great time in this area.

Very good hospitality from our hostesses. The very spacious cottage, the beds are comfortable. Beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. Quiet and ideal place to go for a walk in nature. We had a great weekend. Thank you for everything. Stay with the family.

Very nice and well equipped house. We enjoyed the indoor space with 2 wheelchairs and 2 small ones. Especially for rainy days! As well as the wood burner for low temperatures for a month of July. Also convenient to proximity to walks in the village and visiting archaeological sites in the same village, without taking the car!

Very nice quiet cottage, very bright and spacious. The hospitality is great. The environment is relaxing. The cottage is close to Toul while being in the countryside. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a very pleasant week in this spacious, atypical and well-equipped accommodation. It was ideally placed to discover the historical sites of the Great War ( Les Eparges, Verdun...) and the rich heritage of the region (Metz, Nancy, Saint Mihiel, Hattonchâtel...). In addition, we were able to enjoy the very beautiful leisure base of Lake Madine located a few kilometers away. We thank Abel for his valuable advice, availability and kindness. Finally, the under-recognized Meuse really deserves to be discovered.

We stayed at this villa for two days during the Easter holiday, and we felt very comfortable and happy with our experience. We truly enjoyed the spaciousness of the place, which allowed us to relax and feel at ease. The antique furniture added a lovely, unique charm to the atmosphere — it really gave the villa a special character. The host was kind and welcoming, and everything we needed was already provided in the villa. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to return.

We enjoyed our 5 days in this accommodation, the fact that it was set back from the city but so close at the same time was great. We kind of felt at home, the house is full of warm and authentic details. Each room had elements compatible with family life. Our son also loved the children's room and was delighted to play with the toys and books present (he therefore never took out his own). The outside is nice, a very cuddly cat visited us every day without being too intrusive. We would recommend this listing.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the La grange. We are group of 7 girls from London who wanted an escape from the city life - just enjoying nature, playing games in the house, cooking and watching movies. Sandy’s house offered that and so much more. The house is near a lake where you can walk 5 minutes to and have a picnic. The garden by the house can also be used for barbecue, and the kitchen is large enough to comfortably cook meals for big groups. We had lots of fun playing with the fusbol, darts and utilising the big TV to watch movies and cozy up on comfortable sofas. Sandy was extremely accommodating, kind-hearted and even showed us around to her farm animals. What an amazing hidden gem.

The stay was very nice and check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We were warmly welcomed on site and we were once shown everything important around the house. We were kindly allowed to choose the check-out time ourselves, so we could not easily check out until 12 o'clock. All in all, I highly recommend staying with Laurent. Happy to come back! Merci :)

We had a perfect weekend with friends. Close to center parks where we had spent the day, the cottage was very comfortable. We slept peacefully and woke up with birds chirping. Very nice and attentive host. Very pleasant spa on the ground floor. Everything it takes to take your time and rest! Thank you!

Great weekend trip to end the season - communication was straightforward & flexible and the house is even better in person than in the pictures! All 16 girls were blown away - I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful weekend with options outside (great seating, views, surroundings, hikes, etc.) and options inside (hot tubs, cinema room, game room, sitting areas in the house) with a larger group.

Excellent stay with our 2 year old son. The space is simple but sufficient. The staff and the owner are very friendly and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time. The space is as advertised and the garden is beautiful. We were lucky with the weather and spent a lot of time outside. Especially if you want to completely unwind, this is a wonderful place.
