5 stars!!! Do not hesitate to book this place if you are lucky enough to find it available! Our hostess promptly and pleasantly responded in all communications. She even booked us the taxi to the airport when we departed! Her kind mom met us and for early luggage drop off and entry. As with any address in the old city at first, it took a few wrong turns on foot to find it, but this is expected. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and the rooftop terrace was most enjoyable! Great water pressure in the shower. Thank you for hosting us!

We are so glad we booked Lorenzo’s place, he was such an amazing host and we loved his place. It was very unique, and right in the Center of everything. We had a car and he was very helpful on where to park and we had no trouble finding spots for free. You could leave his apartment and be within steps of anything you needed from bars to restaurants. We had our routine of the spots we got accustomed to going and we would 100% come back, if we are ever in Monopoli again, we will be staying at his place.

Alessia and Roberto were great hosts. Roberto was very welcoming and full of information. The apartment is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is an easy walk to all the bars, restaurant and sea front. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful apartment.

Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce na pobyt w Bari - w mieszkaniu jest wszystko czego potrzeba, lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra - 10 minut spacerem od peronu kolejowego. Po drodze świetne kawiarnie, w sam raz na poranną kawę i cornetto. Pod samym lokum bardzo dobra pizzeria, działająca do późnych godzin. Tuż obok znajduje się odpowiednio zaopatrzony sklep. Ale tak naprawdę najmocniejszym punktem są gospodarze, Irene i Manuela, które są bardzo ciepłe, komunikatywne i pomocne w każdym aspekcie. Szybko odpowiadają na wszystkie pytania i wykazują się troską, widać, że naprawdę zależy im na tym, aby pobyt był jak najbardziej udany. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Na koniec dostaliśmy bezcenną pomoc w zamówieniu taksówki na lotnisko. Szczerze polecam - nie zastanawiaj się, zdecyduj się na to miejsce i zanurz się w autentyczny klimat Bari - nie pożałujesz!

We had a great few days exploring Bari, Polignano A Mara and Monopoli. Our hosts accommodation was brilliant in all aspects. We were met by Enzo who filled us in with all the details that we needed. Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no apartamento da Teresa em Bari! A localização é excelente, em um bairro tranquilo e seguro, frequentado apenas por locais — uma verdadeira experiência italiana, longe das áreas mais turísticas. Ao mesmo tempo, está muito perto do centro, com fácil acesso a lojas, mercados e ótimos restaurantes e perto da estação para irmos explorar a Puglia. O apartamento é super confortável, muito limpo, bem equipado e com um ar-condicionado excelente, essencial nos dias mais quentes. Teresa cuida de tudo com muito carinho e atenção, como se fosse sua própria casa. Nos sentimos acolhidos e bem cuidados durante toda a estadia. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

We had a great stay at Carlotta’s place. It’s avery nice high-ceiling vintage style apartment with a balcony overlooking a local street, perfect for morning coffees. Kitchen has everything you need. The apartment has personal touches that make it homey. It is exact as described and shown on the pictures, no surprise there. Bus from the airport drops you in front of the building. Blue line zone parking in front with very limited space, which is the case in all of Bari. Easy to get to the shopping street, train station and old town with a short walk of 4-5 blocks. The area is great for local vibe and restaurants with an outstanding value. Carlotta was always available for whatever we needed. Cons: Luckily the apartment was available early for our stay, otherwise regular check in/check out times are quite apart.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per una notte. Appartamento pulitissimo, bagno moderno e posizione ottima, vicinissimo al centro. La signora Maria é stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile, lo consiglio sicuramente.

A localização é excelente, bem central, próxima à praça, pontos de ônibus, supermercados e ótimos restaurantes. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, com tudo o que precisávamos para uma estadia confortável. A Alessandra foi extremamente solícita e nos ajudou com várias informações úteis. Adoramos a estadia e certamente recomendamos!

We had a lovely relaxing time with the beach so close and an easy walk into central Bari. The flat had a good energy and was very comfortable. We loved the vinyl record player and the variety of music to suit different moods. Maurizio was an excellent host and the information in the flat was very useful. We very much appreciated him organising a taxi for us to take us to the airport as there was a train strike that day. Great stay Maurizio - Grazie Mille!

Ottimo alloggio situato in posizione strategica nel centro di Bari, camera ampia, pulita, ordinata, spaziosa e molto luminosa. Degno di nota anche il balconcino affacciato su strada, con annesso tavolino per fare colazione al mattino; area molto tranquilla e residenziale. Speriamo di poter tornare il prima possibile in questo appartamento anche per poter godere della bellissima jacuzzi in dotazione alla stanza (purtroppo per ragioni di tempo e di orari non siamo riusciti a usarla). Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo!

andrea si è dimostrato, sin dalla prenotazione, molti disponibile. l'alloggio, situato al settimo ed ultimo piano in un bel palazzo di nuova costruzione, si presenta ampio e con una spaziosa terrazza in cui vi è disponibile anche una cyclette. appartamento silenzioso.

We have had a fantastic week at Vittorios place. The apartment is spotlessly clean, fantastic air conditioning and the washing machine was a bonus. The apartment is a five minute walk from Torre A Mare which is buzzing and full of life. We went to some amazing beaches. Vittorio was so kind and helpful - I was ill when we arrived and his help was invaluable. We loved the apartment which was cosy and clean and we loved the area. This place is a 10/10 for us and we would definitely come again! Thank you Vittorio!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage und der Pool sind mit viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet, traumhaft schön! Vielen Dank

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste bei Anselmo und seiner Frau Katja und haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause bei Freunden. Es ist ein herrliches Anwesen und Anselmo hat mich überall auf seinem tollen Anwesen herumgeführt und mir alles gezeigt. Ich konnte auch Maulbeeren und Mispeln probieren. Er hat sehr viel dort selbst aufgebaut und es gibt neben dem schönen Infinity-Pool mit natürlichem Wasser auch zwei Trullis, die ich mir anschauen konnte. Katja und Anselmo stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wie bei guten Freunden. Die Terrasse und die Wohnung sind sehr schön und bieten sehr viel Platz. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die gesamte Anlage liegt sehr schön und ruhig. Sie bietet einen tollen Ausblick in die Umgebung und auf wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben in der tollen Oasi di Pace wundervolle Tage bei Anselmo und Katja verbracht und wären am Liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Le logement est fidèle à la description, très jolie piscine accessible. Nous étions 4 à rester deux jours dans le logement, le canapé grince un peu mais il reste très confortable. La ville est accessible plutôt en voiture. Les échanges était facile avec Luca le fils des propriétaires. Je recommande !!

Both Giuseppe and Federica were very responsive in dealing with questions and suggestions of places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We were able to use the beautiful lounge when the weather was not great. The pool and surrounds were beautifully kept with comfortable lounges and umbrellas.

Marco is a very informative and amazingly involved host. He ensured that we were happy upon arrival and that during our stay we had what we needed to be happy for a couple nights in his place. This place is in a very good location walkable from the parking about 10 minutes away. Don’t hesitate as this place is quaint and my wife and I loved the ambiance. Very clean and comfortable!
