The use of the fireplace in the property is optional and subject to an additional charge. The first sack of firewood is provided free of charge. From the second sack onwards, the cost is €20 per sack. This amount is particularly low and covers exclusively the value of the wood. It is a renovated stone house, in the original style in this authentic place, but with all amenities for a relaxing holiday - 500 m to the beach and approx. 25 min. by car to the next golf course. -- Everything was completed in June 2019, new air condition in 2023

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.

We love being able to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst being in easy walking distance of a beautiful sandy bay to swim in. A little way along the coast there is a fantastic beach with great tavernas at either end (2km) and the magical historical town of Methoni with its incredible Venetian fort (7km).
