I had the opportunity to stay at Casa, which is a delight, and the experience was excellent from the first moment. The place is cozy, clean and very tastefully decorated, which creates a relaxing and homey atmosphere. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, good speed Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities. Also the bathroom was spotless. What really made the difference was the staff's service. They were always friendly, attentive and willing to help with local recommendations. The location is also ideal, close to downtown but far enough away to avoid the noise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and quality service.

Casa de Heroes is a great place for large groups. Easily walkable to Zona T with tons of restaurants and malls only fifteen minutes away. About half of the walk to Andino and Atlantis malls on a pedestrian-only path with a good number of food vendors. Try the street arepas! It is recommended that if you have a large group to space out showers as the hot water can run out if multiple people bathe at the same time. That being said, our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend Casa de Heroes.

We were delighted with our stay. The host was incredibly attentive and always attentive to every detail, which made our experience even more special. Everything was spectacular: the view is simply beautiful, surrounded by nature and with the constant presence of birds that make the place a true paradise. I definitely recommend it 100%. Alba was a spectacular host. He was very kind when we got lost and helped us get there. The apartment was beautiful. We liked it very much. It has a great location, close to everything, good restaurants, Netflix, kitchen equipment... everything. The only thing is that the noise from the avenue was a little loud due to the traffic. Great material when confirming the booking in regards how to use all amenities. Made a couple mistakes but Charlie was very understandable with outstanding fast replies to make sure the stay was as frictionless as possible. I also requested some local restaurant recommendations and thanks to him I had the best Italian food I had in many years! Thanks Charlie , Amazing host!

William is very friendly. The location is excellent and the price is good. The only thing is that we didn't have hot water in the shower until the last day. Apart from this, we were very satisfied with the apartment.

Truly has to be one of the best places to stay in the city. Super close to everything , space makes you feels like your at home , clean and super easy access to everything in the building. Gym and terrace has an amazing view of the city while you work out or just wanna relax on the terrace. Not to mention Mauricio was an amazing host and would always respond within seconds when contacted. Will be my first choice in the city for future stays in Bogota for sure !

We went to Bogotá for a work trip and this was the best option. You have supermarkets nearby, pharmacies, restaurants, foreign exchange offices and more. The building has very good security and very friendly staff. The apartment is perfect, the bathrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. Inside the apartment, despite not having heating, it is not extremely cold, it is very well located. You can feel the warmth of home. The kitchen is very well equipped. We have no complaints, highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again. Mr. Camilo was always aware of us, even at dawn. They made our experience in Bogotá unforgettable. Thank you!

My family and I loved Fabian's apartment, the co-hosts were always attentive to us, which was very kind of them. The apartment is really beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, hot water for bathing, the kitchen and the living room, although we don't use them much, are super functional. It is very close to tourist places, which makes it much more attractive! We would definitely come back again and we will recommend it!

The place was very clean and comfortable for four people, it is close to the airport and the sound of the planes was not very disturbing. It's close to many shopping malls. It's on the fifth floor without an elevator, but the stairs weren't difficult to climb. David was very friendly and always answered.

Yael, Harvey, and Laura were excellent hosts! The place was absolutely gorgeous, lots to do in the surrounding area but it was also so nice to just kick back and relax in the apartment. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to Bogota!
