The apartment is located between the city center and the train station, in a quiet area.Convenient transportation. The train station and bus station are within walking distance. It takes only 10 minutes by car to the historic center of Venice, and the bus station is only a 4-minute walk away.The surroundings of the apartment are fully equipped: bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, red wineries, pharmacies, etc.If taking the airport bus, get off at via corso del popolo station and walk 4 minutes to our apartment. Our bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities. The house is about 80 square meters with two air conditioners and heating in winter. Guests report that their stay was very comfortable!

Spritz & Love Venice apartment

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!
