The cross-country ski trail passes over the plot and directly from the yard you can get out on nice snowmobile trails. The cottage is located next to meadows, and after a short walk you are down by Ljusnan, which invites you to fish, swim and paddle a canoe. In winter, the cottage is suitable for starting out on both cross-country skis and snowmobiles, trails are close to the cottage. Lillstugan is 38 sqm and includes a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Small cottage of 22 sqm, about 30 meters from Storsjön beach. Located at the end of the road and no permanent neighbors. TV, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, and fully equipped kitchen. No incoming water, but you can get it in the lake or in the basement of the neighboring house. Stove and access to firewood available. No direct drain but you can pour water into the sink Outhouse/outdoor toilet.
