The Marcs d'Or district is located in Dijon on one of these heights and is a few minutes from the train station, the city center, the Route des Grands Crus and the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. You will have private parking for two vehicles in front of the house as well as three bus lines within a radius of less than a kilometer. Languages: English and Italian

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will just have to enjoy this peaceful retreat. The historic center is a 12-minute walk away. Forget your car by parking it on our street where parking is free! Museums, market, Caroussel swimming pool, Colombière park, restaurants... everyone will find something to enjoy! Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there.
