Our approx. 30 sqm basement apartment is within walking distance of the trade fair, the Grugapark and the popular nightlife area Rüttenscheider Straße in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available in the neighborhood. Public transport, e.g. to the main train station, is very close. The prestigious Folkwang Museum is just 2 km away. The shower room and kitchen are small but fully equipped. Maximum ceiling height in the bathroom and kitchen is 2.00 m, in the living/sleeping room about 2.70 m.

It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

Despite the late evening hustle and bustle on the weekend on the "Rü", the studio is very quiet and you can hardly believe that you are in the middle of the action.
