A beautiful rustic cabin in an amazing spot. Lori is a great host and is always near in her farmhouse to communicate and get you what you need. Appleton is not far from Camden / Rockland but has that rustic getaway feel. The option of adding a wonderful soak in the hot tub, wood fired sauna, massage and breakfast are available as well. Sometimes photos just don't do the real thing justice, and this is the case with this property. The property and the views are truly spectacular! The home is huge and has everything you could ever need to live for a week or more. The porch, especially the screened in portion are magnificent and the hot tub was a perfect way to finish up a great day. We had so many plans to adventure out, but found ourselves wanting to stay and enjoy the pristine yard or just sit on the porch and enjoy each others company, we didn't want or need to leave. Having coffee and watching eagles fly by over the river was truly spectacular. Judy is one of the nicest, easiest hosts we have had the pleasure to work with and truly appreciates your patronage. And Hugh's journal on all things Graywood is a lifesaver. Not only would we return again, but we look forward to it.

We had the most wonderful staying here! A peaceful and relaxing getaway is exactly what we needed, and exactly what we received. The hot tub was the perfect touch. We couldn’t recommend this place more! Can’t wait to go back!

This is as picturesque of a ski cabin as they come. Everything was clean and tight. Far enough into the mountains with a clean up to date feel including Lutron radio RA3 switching. Cleaning fees were a little steap, but we are clean and neat people so im sure they are set to expect the worst. 10 for 10 would rent this house again.

Just returned from the most fantastic 2 weeks exploring the US which included a weeks stay at Kiwi Lodge. Where to start? This was exactly as described and the perfect base for exploring Maine. The property was spotless and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 great sized bathrooms, wonderful living area and kitchen and fantastic games room. Hot tub was brilliant. The location on the lake is just perfect, we had the lake to ourselves and took the canoe out. Nearest town of Farmington has all the shops and cafes you’d need. The communication from Kay was great from the day we booked, and recommendations we took her up on were all absolutely spot on. Thank you Kay and thank you Kiwi Lodge for a holiday to remember!

I was happy to return to stay at Deb's, this time around in the studio loft. It was very spacious and comfortable and included anything that you might want or need. It was a perfect spot for me to rest while watching ski races at Black Mountain for the weekend. Thanks for being a wonderful host once again, Deb!

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! If you like the outdoors, seasonal activities and have several guest, then this is the place for you! The kitchen is restaurant quality and well stocked with spices and cooking utensils. The property has plenty of amenities, games and the fire place and hot tub gives you a resort vibe - overall a great experience.

Wonderful stay, the place was in a beautiful location, walkable to Wolfe’s Neck Farm where we love to walk. My husband and I were there the first few days, then our adult daughter joined us for two nights. The place is small (described accurately) but the three of us found it very workable. The king bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of outside patio space to lounge and soak up the sun when it was out. This was a work trip for us as we were getting a property in a nearby town ready for sale. We didn’t have time to use the provided kayaks but hope to in a future stay. The hosts very friendly and accommodating, highly recommended this property.

Great cabin for my family of 4 and our dog for a quick ski trip. I have 2 boys aged 14 and 11 who loved the loft area. We stayed to ski at Saddleback for 2 days, so was in the cabin l for just breakfast and then evening. Is described accurately in listing. Enjoyed our time!

Colby’s cabin was everything I expected and more. The location was fantastic so private and quiet, even during Memorial Day weekend I didn’t see or hear anyone. The cabin is two miles up a dirt road, nestled into the woods on the side of a hill it’s the perfect weekend hideaway. My camping car (2012 crv, 250k miles) made it up no problem in May even with heavy rain the day before. The cabin has everything you could need just pack food and clothes. This could easily be more rustic but a lot of work was put into the little touches that take this place to the next level like wood stove, well pump, refrigerator and stove, and clean comfortable furniture. Lots to do in the area check out mt blue, tumbledown and Webb lake. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Third year in a row staying at Hannah’s beautiful 48Main St AirBnB in downtown Belfast. Centrally located within walking distance to great restaurants, coffeehouses, markets and beautiful waterfront scenery. Great communication with Hannah throughout our visit. Awesome stay, again!

Let me talk for a moment about this gem... this cabin is immaculately kept! It is really private with its own sandy beach. It's road is a dead end and there is very little traffic. The views are spectacular! The lake is quiet. Perfect for kayaking and canoeing. Bethel is nearby. The hiking trails are gorgeous! Holly is very responsive and accommodating. The cabin has a propane stove which heats the whole cabin in minutes! The loons , eagles and hummingbirds are magnificent to watch! The bed is comfotable. The kitchen is STOCKED with all the essentials to prepare any type of meal. The grill is pristine! There is plenty of seating inside and out! The firepit is gorgeous! We had a fabulous time!

My family enjoyed an amazing stay at Heather‘s place over the Memorial Day weekend. Plenty of kayaking and paddle boarding, nightly fires and grilling! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The shower has great water pressure! We visited several local family hikes and would not hesitate to stay again.

This was a great experience for us, the artist cottage was outfitted like home with everything we needed. We cooked on an amazing stove, fridge was large and works well for food storage. Tanja was gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting her. I would love to stay here again. Highly recommend. You must do stairs as all bedrooms are upstairs. One room has en-suite bath with tub. The other shower and bathroom is downstairs and both have great water pressure and temp. Enjoy this jewel which is close to everything but still super private.

Anthony was a gem to communicate with and his place was amazing. No complaints whatsoever and I’m very picky about those things. Not to mention the view was gorgeous and the place was so peaceful I didn’t hear a sound except for the beautiful nature making its calls and whatnot. I felt right at home and also like it was a unique getaway with the Nordic stylish well thought out concept. The only thing I would say I didn’t like is I couldn’t stay longer. He has thought of everything and then some to make you feel like your pleasure and comfort is of the utmost importance. Very clean too!

Jonathan and Lisa were wonderful hosts! We stayed 3 nights to enjoy some Spring skiing at Saddleback. The home was close to town and a quick drive to Saddleback mountain. The house is perched high on a hill overlooking Rangeley lake. The downside is that the driveway is steep and icy (this time of year due to the recent March thaws) but the view and sunsets are breathtaking!! For an additional fee, you can enjoy their newly built sauna and whirlpool. So relaxing after a day of skiing that we booked it twice. The house has all the comforts of home. Being culinary masters, we had a bit of a struggle in the small kitchen. But certainly most everything you need to prepare great meals. Communication with the hosts was excellent and timely.

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

A few times while wandering around midcoast Maine in late March, we were asked if this is when we usually came to vacation here. Yes, we are educators from the Southwest, and this was our spring break, so this is when we came to visit, but honestly, it is so peaceful this time of year. Especially Boothbay Harbor, and what we imagined while walking around the very quiet town would be a very different place in July! Our experience at Abby’s space was absolutely wonderful and serene in the spring. The thoughtful touches (thank you for the bottle of Maine wine and jar of blueberry jelly!) made it even more special. Thank you, we hope to be back one day.

Aimee was wonderful to deal with. Her place was absolutely beautiful. we definitely picked the right place. the sunrises were so awesome. Rockland was a gorgeous little town.

We had such an enjoyable stay we didnt want to leave! All agreed we would stay here again - such a beautiful quiet retreat. Steve was a responsive host with detailed instructions for checkin/checkout. It made everything perfect for my family.
