Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful – very private, with a lovely pool and stunning views. It was the perfect spot to relax. The host, Illias, was great – friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was just as described, if not better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Athina's home is located in the quiet and charming village of Zarakes, amidst the mountains, within 5 kilometers of the sea. It is an old Greek house whose front, separate part is occupied by Nico's family intimate tavern. The house is spacious, has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains, located in a small garden with figs, nuts, grenades and limes. Zarakes is a true Greek countryside with extremely friendly people, great taverns and wonderful landscapes. Evia's beautiful beaches are not far from the house. Zarakes has everything you need: a shop, cafes, restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a church.

We looooved this very secluded place. it's very rustic but just what we needed. we were there for a wedding just 5 minutes driving towards the sea and had a blast. Vaisilis was very responsive and helped us. you absolutely need a car to stay here though so plan accordingly.

Great location from which we explored in the middle and south of Evia, so much beauty to see. After a day trip, come home to the nice house and the studio where everything is available for a pleasant stay. Odile is a warm-hearted woman who is always ready for her guests. Recommended in terms of restaurants, we love Ταβέρνα Παλυββός and Meintanis fish restaurant. And Φούρνος Κανέλλου bakery is fantastic. Venus Beach is recommended for a day of relaxing by the sea.
