Small cottage between land and sea

In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs, and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from June 22nd to September 8th this year, 2026, and is shared with us (who go there very little), with guests always having priority.

Renovated in 2021, the cottage is an old forest house in the heart of the Coëtquen state forest. It is the ideal site, quiet, to enjoy your vacation in the heart of nature. For the joy of young and old, you will be greeted by your hosts and our herd of dwarf goats!

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Independent country house, Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays and the summer period, and a minimum of 3 nights for the rest of the year. Accommodation for up to 6 guests. The rate is the same for 1 to 4 guests. For any additional person, the rate is automatically adjusted on the site to €20 per person per day.
