Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Renovated in 2021, the cottage is an old forest house in the heart of the Coëtquen state forest. It is the ideal site, quiet, to enjoy your vacation in the heart of nature. For the joy of young and old, you will be greeted by your hosts and our herd of dwarf goats!

In the continuity of our home, an 80 m2 "cottage" on two levels in the countryside. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood stove, sitting area. Upstairs, a large bedroom with beams and ceiling height. Pool, generally accessible from June to end of September. We provide barbecue and tables. Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.
