Ce logement familial est proche de tous les sites et commodités (Proche Dinan, Saint-Malo, Rennes, Mont Saint-Michel). Grande pièce à vivre au rez-de-chaussée (40 m²) avec coin salon (clic-clac), salle à manger, cuisine. Etage :deux chambres : une avec un lit double de 160, et la seconde avec deux lits simples de 90 et la salle de bain avec baignoire et wc (draps NON FOURNIS) Terrasse au sud avec jardin. La maison se trouve dans la rue principale de st Pierre, donc rue passante 😉, pas de wifi

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

For the joy of young and old, you will be greeted by your hosts and our herd of dwarf goats!

It's the charm of the countryside by the sea. You will also be 5 minutes from Saint-Suliac, ranked one of the most beautiful villages in France. Close to all amenities. Ideal for a couple or couple with two children. Extra 10 euro for linens and towels. (July and August rental from Saturday to Saturday)

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. You will be able to enjoy the south-facing garden, in a quiet area, equipped with a ping pong table. The gîte has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. We are 6 km from Mont-Saint-Michel, 500 m from the GR34 hiking trail, which allows you to go to Mont-Saint-Michel with the bicycles we provide.
