In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Renovated in 2021, the cottage is an old forest house in the heart of the Coëtquen state forest. It is the ideal site, quiet, to enjoy your vacation in the heart of nature. For the joy of young and old, you will be greeted by your hosts and our herd of dwarf goats!

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

This old fishermen's house was renovated in 2019/20. All rooms have exceptional sea views Guests can take advantage of the living room (fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge) and bathroom (walk-in shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs are a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom (toilet and sink). A crib and high chair on request. A small adjoining garden will allow you to eat outside. Direct access to the beach.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a small peaceful town there is a bakery and small grocery store, bar and tobacco store. Close to Dinan 15 min, Saint Malo 30 min, Rennes 30 min and 40 min from Mont Saint Michel. If you have needs such as a baby cot, raclette machine, barbecue…. Let me know if I can make your stay more enjoyable. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels will be available to you.

If you want to discover our region, our cottage is ideally located between the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, its beaches and its privateer city. You will also be close to Dol-de-Bretagne, a historic town as well as Saint-Suliac, one of the most beautiful villages in France with its hiking trails where you can discover the calm waters of the Rance, as well as Dinan. You have a road near the house.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
