Walk to the beach, petroglyphs, local artisans, and winery. The Tiny Home is built with non-toxic materials Please note: we live on the same property and are an approved rental.

Sea Fever House at Roscrea - Sea View Suite

Situated on a clifftop with 10 acres of beautifully forested land with unparalleled views of the Salish Sea, Mt. Denman & Desolation Sound. Surrounded by The Williams Beach Trail System which provides many kilometres of woodland hiking. There is no beach access from the property but we're just a short walk to the Alders Beach which offers long stretches of sand for walking, swimming and exploring tidal pools. Your hosts are happy to assist you in any way they can to make your stay memorable.

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

Le Colibri - Charming Tiny Home On Red Horse Farm

Tiny Tiny Home with huge charm on 5 acre hobby farm. Red Horse Farm is the home of 2 horses, 2 friendly dogs, a cat and happy chickens who roam around freely. Enjoy the peaceful energy of our beautiful companions. The property is located near forests and is surrounded by big fir trees. A place to unwind while sitting on the big covered deck or exploring the countryside. We are close to Nature Parks and beaches and 25 min to Mt Washington. To Courtenay is 12 min, Campbell River is 20 min away.

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

The Cottage on Greenwood

The Cottage on Greenwood is an ideal spot for that weekend getaway you didn't know you needed. Ideally situated on the border of Courtenay and Comox, you can enjoy a small town feel while being a stone's throw away from all your needed amenities.This lovely cedar clad building is a stand alone unit offering complete privacy including a private deck overlooking the tree lined property. Newly renovated, the space provides the feeling of a true cottage but with modern touches.

The Eagle's Nest is an entirely private, gorgeously renovated kitchenette suite at tree top level, filled with light, with brand new bathroom, amenities, and comfort. Private deck and sweeping, one of a kind views of the Strait of Georgia, the coastal mountains, passing deer, eagles overhead, and the sounds of waves and seals from the beach below. The Barn on Rennie

A luxuriously finished barn-style guest house. It is located on our 4 acre property in a popular rural neighbourhood near ocean, biking and skiing. The Barn is a single unit house which is located 240 feet from our home on the property with it's own patio and small yard. Although we allow 6 guests, the Barn is best suited for a max of 2 couples or a family group (not 6 adults).
