Vacation rentals with a patio in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough

Lovely spot to explore Brecon Beacon and rest after a long day of exploring. Would be great if it had some little extra things such as a sponge to wash dishes, but provided with towels and most basic necessities. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would super recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alison's - thank you for having us! The spacious apartment has obviously been recently furnished, and it was extremely clean. There was everything we needed, with a very comfortable bed with high quality bed linen. Thank you for the generous welcome basket, which was ideal for our breakfasts, and we enjoyed the biscuits too! All in all we thought it was excellent, and a great location for visiting St Fagans and our Cardiff cousins. Thank you very much to Alison and Luigi, and we hope to stay with you again.

Beautiful, pristine, clean, nice kitchen, lovely hosts and all round amazing experience. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place and would recommend it to anyone. Will definitely look at coming back at some point in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s place! The location is perfect—quiet, comfortable, and close to Pen y Fan and Big Pit where we spent some time with the kids. The house was spotless. When we needed help with the gas hob, Caroline responded and resolved it within 10 minutes—excellent support. Highly recommended for anyone exploring the Brecon Beacons!

We spent weekend at Nikki’s house and it was a truly unique experience. It was 8 of us and there was enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably. We are keen hikers and there was plenty to do around the area.

Great location with a quick walk into the main town. This place has everything you need. The dart board and Pac Man was a nice extra touch! I'd definitely recommend staying here. 10/10 value for money.

Honestly one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. The place is stunning and the pictures do not do it justice. it has everything you need. Quiet location, easy to park and find. Close to amenities. Kate is attentive and answers any questions and helps. if I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Amazing place ❤️❤️

Great house for our 7 person plus dog group going hiking in the Brecons. Very comfy, warm and well stocked with kitchen kit and home comforts. Easy to find, nice views, quiet area and a short drive from large shops. Quick and friendly responses from the host. Would happily stay again.

Amazing host was working in the area and looking for a place to stay couldn't of find a much perfect place.

We visit Merthyr Tydfil a couple of times a year to go to the Bike Park. Rebecca's Bee at Home house is perfectly located for both the Bike Park and for accessing the town and its leisure / retail park. Lots of space for the three of us, off road parking plus secure bike storage so ticked all of the boxes. Rebecca is very helpful and responsive, and accommodated us when our plans changed slightly.

Mark was great to get in touch with and was helpful . Great house with all the facilities you need. Nicely decorated and nice enclosed garden. Great for couples and families and people visiting the area and near to Tesco , town and Jen Chang’s Chinese takeaway is fab. Thank you

This is a really lovely air BnB Gill and Noel are great hosts and very friendly and the property has evening you could need it is very comfortable and Very peaceful. Loved my visits from Bella the cat it was a delight to open the door and see her at the doorstep each morning. very highly recommended I hope to stay again soo.

The communication from booking to leaving was fantastic. The flat is spotlessly clean. A lot of thought has been put into it too make guest extremely comfortable. It was great sitting on the large veranda area in the evening as the sun went down. By far this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. We will be booking again and again. What a fabulous place to stay, couldn’t have been more perfect! Beautiful setting ,so peaceful, immaculate interior but comfy too! Having two bathrooms was great felt very luxurious. Also a perfect length walk to the incredible Valley of The Rocks and Lynton with handy food shops. Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be going back. Paul and Wendy were super friendly and had great suggestions for some lovely swim spots, we were 4 ladies on a wild swim weekend! Thank you Wendy and Paul Suzanne

A great place to stay so quiet it is a good walk into town but a bit of a hill on the way back,but all in all host very attentive definitely would stay again

An absolutely stunning place to stay! Right in the middle of the South Wales countryside, beautiful views all around. The apartment is well set out and very clean. When first greeted, Mags is courteous and very kind, along with her two bundles of fluffy joy, it makes it a very welcoming experience. Will be booking again in the future to explore more of Wales as an avid motorcyclist! Thank you so much for having us! 🫶

The apartment is very well situated in the center of Cardiff with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs around. Was an easy walk to Cardiff Market, National Museum, Principality Stadium, Central Station - everything really! Well equipped with a good shower and a stocked kitchen. Sunny with a wall of windows, while still remaining private. Kevin was a welcoming host from the start, very communicative and easily reachable. Hope to return! Thanks for a great stay!
