As shown in the pictures in this ad, the upper duplex floor of the house will be rented out. The upper and lower floors are independent apartments with different entrances and exits. The pool is used by two apartments.

If the reservation is canceled 10 days in advance, the full fee will be refunded For cancellations one week before your reservation date, only 1 day's fee is non-refundable. The electricity and water fee is paid by the renter.
