Numerous hiking trails are within 5-15 mins. The Shaker Village and Mascoma Lake are 10 mins away. Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth College are an easy 30 minute drive to the east. Going west, it's a quick but picturesque drive to Lake Sunapee Beach State Park (27 minutes) and the quaint town of New London, NH.

Your temporary home at the foot of the Lakes Region and amongst many ski areas is an hour from the White Mountains, Boston, and New Hampshire’s beautiful seacoast. There are endless places to explore within a short driving distance, no matter the season. The cottage has its own entrance and parking across a large garden from our home. Our 3000 sq ft renovated, rustic loft barn is located on 70 acres, very private, yet 2.5 miles from downtown Wolfeboro. Our barn sleeps 5, has full kitchen, bar, pool table, 65 inch TV and bath with shower. The barn has 1 queen & 4 single beds in the loft. A perfect place to hang out with a few friends. Minimum age of primary renter 25. MAX 5 guests staying, please do not book if you have more. No parties.
