Monthly Rentals in Mermaid Beach

Excellent value for a place that’s a few mins walk from world class beaches. I really appreciated being able to stay there with my dog. Even though it is an older building, inside was great and welcoming. I didn’t mind the stairs up as I’m used to them. Everything you need and Chris was friendly and helpful.

Isabelle’s place was perfect for our weekend away! It had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Only negative was the pillows are quite flat and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided but otherwise it was fabulous. Location was amazing and Isabelle was very responsive and flexible when we asked for early check in. Highly recommend her cute little studio !

This was a great little place that suited all our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was really friendly and helpful. Lovanah and Joey provided helpful ideas about places to see, restaurants to eat and things to do.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ben and Naomi’s place. Travelling with a toddler is always tricky but having the extra space and added extras like toys, books, beach cart and sand toys was a big bonus and helped keep our daughter entertained. The house was immaculate and we loved the styling. It was easy to access without needing to carry keys. And the location was great for us close to the beach and pacific fair, great restaurants and even Soak day spa across the road. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town.
