Beachfront vacation rentals in Mermaid Beach

We had a nice 2 night stay at Natalie's apartment in Burleigh Heads. the place was very clean and spacious. The only downside (totally out of Natalie's control) was the works on the main road out the front of the apartment and the bright lights from the building across the park (an eye mask would help with that). Natalie had fantastic communication and very friendly to communicate with. Nice and close to 3 breweries, a distillery and Coles and Aldi just 450m walk down the road. We would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

Amazing place! Doug and Deb's place is peaceful and comfortable. It is close to restaurants at Kingscliff and Casuarina or has everything you'd ever need to cook for yourself - we did a mix of both. The house is very welcoming and the beds very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the beach and 2 cafes and there is also a dog friendly beach about 15-20 minutes' walk in the other direction. Don't miss Cubby cafe at Chinderah - a very short drive away. Go early to get a blueberry and lemon curd muffin - they're all gone by about 11am. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxed 9 nights and highly recommend the house and its location.

The perfect stay away. We felt right at home on our trip to the GC. Sarah was such a good host helping us with storing our bags and being helpful with all of our queries. The accommodation was light open and clean, so close to the beach and cafes within walking distance, we didn't want to leave. Thanks Sarah!

David has a beautiful family friendly property which is exactly as advertised. Kids loved the pool and foosball table and adults loved the garden area and large dining table. Mermaid Waters is a nice location for young families close to the hustle and bustle of Broadbeach without the chaos. highly recommend!

We loved Michelle’s beautifully appointed studio! It suited our very brief stay in Mermaid Beach for a family event. Very tastefully decorated, with all the thoughtful little extras. Great location for Nobby’s Beach eateries, not to mention exceptionally close to the beach and Surf Club. Michelle was very informative and prompt to act on enquiries. Lana was super lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean on arrival and great location. Pet friendly which was amazing for us as we are traveling with our cat!

We had a wonderful long weekend with our adult children. The location is spectacular. The house is cozy, clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you need. The host was excellent and very responsive. Thoroughly recommend. We hope to be back.

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of surfers. Excellent views, with beautiful interior of room. Lots of extras in the room, very responsive host. Absolutely best place to stay in surfers with bonus of games rooms and pools.

Jill’s place was the perfect location for a beach holiday for our little family. Right on the beach, so close to a good playground and the surf club for meals, a short walk to excellent coffee and food, and having the national park to explore was wonderful. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfy and the complex was quiet. Highly recommend!

We had the most luxurious long weekend, as soon as we stepped in the door it was like the external world just melted away. Everyone slept amazingly, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and the ocean view was just incredible.

Very happy!! Great Host! Cosy, well thought out with everything you could possibly need on a holiday break and more. Beach, restaurants/food and other shops, close walking distance. Unbelievable place and unbelievable location! The hosts have thought of every detail. From board games to the coolcabana we forgot to pack. Super comfy beds too! Couldn't ask for more!

thank you for our stay, we had a great time with family. Public transport close by as well as easy access for Ubers. Kitchen spacious and well appointed. We were so busy that it was nice to return to the apartment to relax before a peaceful comfortable sleep. The kids enjoyed the pools and had plenty of swims. with lovely tropical surrounds and a bar or cafe which ever one preferred.

The house was very average for the price and I wasn’t thrilled with the bunk bed situation, but the kitchen and common space was great with a fantastic view and walk right out to the beach! That part made up for the bedrooms. The showers were also great! It rained the whole time but pushing open the sliding doors and looking out to that view was so peaceful. Kelly was a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely unbeatable — you couldn’t get any more beachfront if you tried. The house itself was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed, and had a warm, homey feel. The rooms were thoughtfully set up, making it easy for everyone to settle in comfortably. Communication with the hosts was a bit slow at times, with one instance where we waited a few weeks for a response. That said, it didn’t impact our overall experience. The owner of the house dropped by to tidy up some rubbish left by previous guests, and he was an absolute legend — super friendly and easy to chat with. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would happily stay again!
