The Lake House is amazing. What a beautiful home with everything you need. It was great to be able to swim in the clean pool and fish at the lake. I high recommend staying here if you are in the area. The house was comfortable and cozy. We loved the screen in porch to enjoy the rainfall. We plan to come back! 5 Stars – Another Incredible Stay! We absolutely love this home—it’s become one of our favorite getaways! The property has such a stylish and welcoming vibe, and the host’s hospitality is always top-notch. Every space is spotless, from the fresh and clean linens to the sparkling kitchen and bathroom. The attention to detail is unmatched, and everything feels warm, open, and inviting. The grill setup is fantastic, and the game room is always a hit with everyone—it’s a perfect spot to relax and have fun. This was our fourth time staying at this property, and every single visit has been just as amazing as the last. We’re already looking forward to our fifth stay! Tran truly has one of the best homes on Airbnb. Priceless experiences every time!

What a perfect cottage style home for a long weekend. The home was perfect, had all the right amenities and felt very clean upon entry. Nice interior layout for the space left everyone feeling like we could gather at the table or get some privacy in other places throughout the home including the patio. Would stay again. Thank you

We unfortunately didn’t read the full description upon booking. We later realized she leased the basement out long term, and someone lived down there. It was completely our fault for not paying attention. We decided to not stay at Kathy’s house because of this. We have 4 kids and with the noise and what not, we just felt it wasn’t a good fit for us. But Kathy was understanding and her communication was great!

This was my family's second time having Ann as our host and it was a pleasurable, and stress free stay once again. We are really looking forward to next time. We all wanted to say thank you Ann for all you did for us we really appreciate it.

My fam came for a wedding in Fayetteville and we stayed at Tabi and Michael’s place. Lovely location very peaceful.

Perfect for our long overdue sister retreat! Unfortunately, we only had one night, but the place is completely charming and very tastefully decorated! All three of us loved the artwork and decor which had obviously been carefully selected to complement the unique character of this lovely historic (circa 1901) home. It is a little close to downtown Newnan and we stayed on a Saturday night so there were some occasional traffic noises including one short siren from an ambulance or other emergency vehicle… a small price to pay for the otherwise ideal location close to the shops and restaurants surrounding the courthouse Square…they were lots of fun to explore/experience. Be prepared to climb stairs, but once you’re up there, you don’t want to leave again! Kitchen was well stocked…good collection of Keurig coffees, and even regular and flavored waters left for us in the fridge. The comfy circular parlor was the perfect gathering place for enjoying old memories and making new ones. 😁

I could write an essay on how incredible this place is. The photos just won’t do it justice. It can’t capture the peace and serenity you experience. It’s only fitting because Ms.Teresa herself exudes just that. We are never choosing another place in the area as long as this is around. This is our second time here and somehow it was even better this time around. The value far exceeds the cost. Canoeing on the lake was among the most peaceful experiences I’ve had. It felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. I could go on and on about the cleanliness, the comfort, the attention to detail, but know that if you stay here you’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and tranquil.

Communication with the host was smooth. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. It was clean. Would stay here again.

This is by far one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. It’s very cozy, yet modern, comfortable, and perfectly decorated. Has everything you need if you wish to stay home and cook. Everything is so nice, well taken care of, and so very clean. It feels as if you are the first person to have ever stayed there. It’s quiet, private, and surrounded by nature. The hosts are kind and thoughtful. They are always quick and willing to respond. I give it a 10 out of 10. I recommend anyone traveling to the area should stay at this beautiful place.

This condo was in a great spot—just a short walk from Halsa restaurant, plus a new coffee shop and bagel spot nearby that were both worth checking out. It’s also near a children’s playground tucked into a natural setting, which added a peaceful vibe to the area. The apartment itself was clean and well-kept, with easy-to-follow check-in instructions. The decor and furnishings were simple and no-frills—not super cozy or luxurious, but everything was in good condition and functional. The kitchen had the basics like plates and a few cups, but wasn’t fully stocked, so if you’re planning to cook, it’s a good idea to bring any specialty items you might need (for example, I discovered there wasn’t a pizza cutter when I went to make pizza one night). Overall, the top highlights were definitely the location and cleanliness. It’s a great stay if you’re looking for a quiet, convenient place to land while exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was beautifully furnished, clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was great and we enjoyed walking into town for breakfast every morning.
