Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

Villa for summer holidays in contact with the sea

Traditionally built house a few meters from the sea with a bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, TV and wardrobe, toilet with built-in sanitary ware, living room with sofa that becomes a double bed and armchair-bed, TV and kitchen fully equipped with full air conditioning can accommodate up to 5 people. The car stops 80 meters from the house and access is by stairs and a traditional alley. It has a large terrace with a living room and 2 beach loungers.

The house is the ideal place to stay for your summer vacation, offering unforgettable views to the Aegean Sea, wifi available, and amazing hospitality. The house is in Merichas, port of Kythos. In addition, it is equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa that turns into a bed, while the house has the necessary electronic appliances. Finally, in the outdoor area there is a courtyard overlooking the harbor.

Relax and let "Magic View" take you on a unique journey!!The architecture and location of the accommodation allow the guest to have panoramic views of the port. The house consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, one large balcony and three small ones. In the settlement there are supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher shop, restaurants & tavernas, cafes, bars, nightclubs, a gas station, travel agencies, car rental agencies.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

It is a traditional stoned build property just a breath away from the sea, with an amazing view of the wonderful port of Loutra as wel as cosmopolitan Agia Irini . The fully air conditioned and equipped studio has futhermore a big yard around the house and with this incrediple view is perfect for getaway from the hustle bustle of city life.

Our place (kythnos view) is located in the port of Merichas of Kythnos . It is just a 3-minute walk from the main port and the arrival at our house is by climbing 70 steps but you are rewarded by our superb view of the entire port and the sunset. It is located in a central spot and at the same time has the absolute quietness to have a pleasant holiday and rest.

Beachfront Studio in Leykes Kythnos

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
