What a lovely place! I couldn't recommend this stay more. It was such a relaxing weekend, and we will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the house was beautifully styled and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay and spending time with family at the beautiful, well appointed Caves Beach House. We enjoyed having breakfast at the deck, looking towards the beach. We also enjoyed walking to Caves restaurant and to Caves Beach from the house. Thank you for hosting us, Sue!

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and styled to perfection, creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It was incredibly comfortable for our dog, and we loved how pet-friendly the space was. The location is fantastic as well – within easy walking distance to cafes and the dog beach, which was a huge bonus for us. The only downside was the traffic noise from the busy road outside. While everything else was perfect, this may be something to consider if your sleep is impacted by this type of noise. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it to others!

10 stars! The longer you stay in Keran’s studio (and Newcastle) the longer you will want to stay. As frequent airbnb’ers we SO appreciate the considerate built-in storage spaces, HOOKS (!), all the kitchen supplies needed to cook meals, etc.! Keran spoiled us: cheeses, fruit, butter, gluten free crackers (she asked about dietary requirements!), OJ and more. Any anxiety about lack of outdoor space was quelled by a cute cozy basement style patio and the fact that Newcastle Beach and its shaded chill spaces is only a few minutes’ walk away. I have to mention the bathroom which had the most sophisticated lighting I have seen. Plus a great shower, just bring your shampoo. Public transport is nearby but we were happy to have a car to explore and traffic was a non-issue. Smaller car is best. Restaurants in walking distance as well as ocean pools (a must!). Best grocery stores by car. We met Keran who was great about checking in w/us and suggestions. She lives above in this historic complex.

Great place! Very spacious rooms absolutely perfect for family. En suites in each room are really practical too. Would recommend!

Nicole’s place was a lovely stay for my small family. Nicole is a great host who left us plenty of recommendations and some treats in the fridge as well as some breakfast staples which is great when staying somewhere. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home right next to the caves beach. Pool is fantastic and kids loved it so much. Thanks Lakeshore accomodation. We will plan our next trip soon.

Great location - so close to the beach. You can tell Lara has put a lot of thought into the airbnb. There is great finishing, the pool is lovely, aircon, nice appliances and lots of light. We will definitely be back!

The whole house was just right for us. 6 adults and 2 toddlers and a baby. Hannah even offered a cot and high chair for us. She is very responsive and thoughtful. She even left some Easter surprises for us in the fridge. It was great having the outdoor balcony upstairs too so we could relax (as much as you can with little ones around) and enjoy the view. We used the house and pool a lot as the children are so young. Great location and a wonderful home.

Fantastic location right on the beach with easy access to restaurants. All facilities expected in terms the apartment were great. Very much enjoyed our stay.

This property was very comfortable for our family (2 adults, 3 children aged 10,8 and 6) and it was convenient for the beach, caves, pool and restaurant. Matches the photos and description and we’d happily stay here again. It was a hot weekend, and the air con and ceiling fans kept the temp comfortable and everyone slept well. If you have older children, I would just say the sofa bed is far less comfortable than the beds in the bedrooms - as to be expected. Our six year old was comfortable on it, but a teen or an adult wouldn’t have been. Kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to prepare full meals easily, and local coffee was good and an easy walk.

This was exactly what I was looking for with my Easter weekend. Steve was a friendly host making everything really smooth and easy! I loved the gorgeous view from the balcony, the apartment had everything I needed and I didn't touch my car the entire weekend - everything was walkable! Will definitely be staying again :)

My husband and I were lucky enough to secure Keira's apartment to stay at for our wedding at Ravella. The main living and dining area is beautiful and looks even better in person. My bridesmaids and I got some amazing photos getting ready before the wedding with the huge windows, floor to ceiling bookshelf and ornate mirror making the perfect back drop for photos. The bed was very comfy and everything was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a luxurious stay to book here. Keira was great at communicating and very helpful. She was generous enough to let us check in early and we are very grateful for the extra time we had to set up and get ready for the wedding the next day.

This was our second time staying in Anita’s apartment and we loved it again. Perfect setting for relaxing and the location couldn’t be better. Looking forward to returning!

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. It’s like your own private beach oasis right on the doorstep of Blacksmiths Beach and Granny’s Pool. The outdoor dining area was our favourite place to sit and enjoy a quiet breakfast and relax for dinner in complete privacy. The amenities are modern and everything you need - we didn’t want to leave! Easily the best place to stay in Blacksmiths!
