I designed and built this place with passion. This space, designed with noble and ecological materials, is intended to welcome friends and travelers in search of serenity and relaxation. This workshop allows me, when not rented, to practice artistic and creative activities. Independent and elegant, it is classified as a 3-star tourist residence. An adjoining 50 m2 garden facing the vineyards of the Chalonnaise coast is available for the exclusive use of guests. The 30 m2 studio is bright.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

Pretty stone house with small garden in the heart of the vineyards, 3 km from the thermal baths of Santenay. The village is at the crossroads of several bike paths that can take you to Côte de Beaune, Nuits or Côte Chalonnaise. You can enjoy the calm of a small wine village while being not far from all amenities. You will stay in a completely renovated individual accommodation.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.

Le Clandelys is an 80m2 outbuilding located on our main residence classified as an exceptional house in the municipality of Fontaines. The cottage was renovated in 2020 with a mix of old and contemporary style, you will enjoy its wooded park of 4000 square meters including a pond. The cottage is classified 4*.
