This is a really nice Airbnb, and Chris and Mark are superb hosts. I would rate it 4.5 stars. It's in a lovely neighborhood. The yard is beautiful and lovingly landscaped. If the weather is nice, take a walk down to the end of the street and enjoy the paved path along the creek. The suite is well stocked, nicely furnished, and quite comfortable. It was really clean (and we're quite picky). I would deduct a half star for two factors: One, it does not have its own thermostat, so you need to "bug" your hosts if you want it warmer or cooler. That's OK up to a point, but what do you do after the household is asleep? Two, there's no locking door between the suite and the owners' side of the house. There's just a bi-fold door there. That didn't bother us too much, but it felt a little odd. It might be an issue for someone else. Otherwise, it has tons of positives. Would definitely recommend it!

We chose Sara's airbnb due to location. We came due to our daughter graduating from Princeton. found the location really convenient, approx 12 min uber ride. There is also a bus stop nearby, taking you straight into princeton. surroundings are peaceful, with a 10min walk to lovely bakery. Airbnb itself was exactly as described and met all our needs ( we were out for the majority of most days). Sara herself was a very hospitable host, we arrived to a few treats left in the fridge, tea and milk. Sara was accessible throughout the stay, responsive to any messages and generous in checking out. we were extremely grateful for this, due to logistics of catching flights with 8 suitcases!! with Thanks Heidi

Great stay in West Philly! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I especially appreciated how dark, cool, and quiet it was at night—I slept incredibly well. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near restaurants and public transit. Host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

This place is gorgeous and a vibe! Lee was very accommodating and available at all times. My family and I were a little thrown off by all the stairs but it gave the loft a uniqueness and helped us get a good workout in for the weekend 💪🏾 The location was great. It was easy to find places to eat, places to shop, even for last minute amenities. Will definitely stay again💚

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. Large, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Very well equipped with all kitchen & eating supplies. Views out the windows are wonderful as shown in the photos. I enjoyed looking out over the fields in the morning and walking down to the Back Brook on the property. Location is very rural and a great place to walk with little traffic, but only a 15 minute drive to New Hope and Hopewell, and 10 minutes to shopping & restaurants in Flemington. A great place for a family with children. We enjoyed talking with Jamie & Chris and look forward to enjoying their farmhouse apartment again.

I stayed at Jordan's place while visiting a friend in nearby Cherry Hill. Next time I come to visit, I will definitely be checking to see if Jordan's is available again! The suite was super clean, I was impressed with all of the amenities (loofahs! hair conditioner! an iron!!), and it was so quiet and peaceful, which was perfect after spending all day running around Philly and NJ! I even saw a turkey in the back yard on my last day! Jordan was a great host - the instructions for self check in were super clear, the house rules were reasonable, the internet was fast, and Jordan invited me to sit in the yard, which was just so kind. If you're thinking about this place, grab it before someone else does! Jordan has clearly put lots of thought and consideration into hosting, and I really appreciated it.

My wife and I stayed at the Garden Studio for two nights while attending a wedding at the Lakehouse Inn. The studio was exactly as described; spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, with thoughtfully designed landscaping and peaceful surroundings. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the quiet, private setting. It was the perfect base for our weekend getaway, and we would gladly stay again.

Stayed here over the weekend with my family. This place was extremely homey, beautiful , clean and has a large backyard! There was different places to sit through out the back yard giving us the best relaxation time. Our host was super attentive to us and very friendly. Will definitely book again

Great place to stay! Lovely space, great location, incredibly well-stocked. We had everything we could possibly need and more! The fenced yard was very nice for the dogs to have some free time also!

Mark is an awesome host! His place is very comfortable and there is a beautiful surrounding - Doylestown is really a beautiful town. I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful long driveway. designated patio with container gardens, table and chairs and umbrella. parking in the driveway near the entrance. big open field next door our dogs loved to play in. small deck with chairs and a grill. indoors was spacious clean and comfortable. beautiful updated kitchen and bath stocked with all your needs. tv games and books for entertainment. and a desk for remote work. friendly responsive hosts.

No complain! It surprised when I see the welcome gift as well as a bunch of snacks inside the house for the guests. I enjoyed all the snacks and it felt like home that my family is welcoming me. It is awesome experience. The host is very responsive and nice!

Ingrid’s place was the perfect base for Princeton reunions - convenient to campus but in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood. Ingrid was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process, and her suite was well appointed, clean comfortable and spacious. She even set up a fancy air mattress for my friend who stayed in the suite one night with me. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

What a fun space! Clearly Morgan has an eye for design because she transformed a typical east coast basement into a modern and luxurious time capsule in a sea of antique homes. Everything from the linens to the tile in the bathroom has been selected to curate a pleasurable and comfortable get away. My husband and I are frequent travelers and would rank this space quite high. Being in the lower level and green city escape means no city sounds but just step out the door and within a few short blocks we found trolly car stops, coop groceries, many delicious ethnic restaurants and beautiful old growth wooded streets and parks. Parking in Philly is a little like tetris but we were able to use their parking space for the first day which helped a ton.

My stay at Alfred’s place was exactly what I was looking for! He was super friendly and responsive with any questions that I had. He also went above and beyond after I had left a personal item behind, making sure that I was able to retrieve it. I would highly recommend his Airbnb, and will definitely be staying here again!

This was my second time staying at Barbara’s place. It’s was exactly what we needed. We had a slight issue on the second night and Barbara was very quick to respond and came to the property within minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for our outings around town! The private entrance areas made us feel comfortable and the space was equipped and decorated nicely. Lisa was friendly and responsive and her chocolates were a real treat!

Wow! Absolutely, wow! Fantastic space at a wonderful price, centrally located between so many different areas. The host was very responsive and provided more than you’d ever think you’d need. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The banana bread was a lovely treat after a long drive. The bed was comfy, the couch was cozy, lots of hot water and nice water pressure in the shower. Even a washer and dryer if you need them! We very much appreciated the welcome binder, full of information and would definitely rent this space again.

Everything was so cozy and charming. It was the perfect for the weekend trip my friends and I took. We felt very welcomed, and all of the activities we had planned were under ten minutes away, it was the perfect location. The area itself was very private, and felt like an escape from the world. 10/10
