Quiet and cozy apartment completely renovated in an old rehabilitated courtyard ( Corrala) in  La Latina neighborhood ,5 minutes away from Plaza Mayor, in one of the most lively areas of the city. Inside the building you will find part of the 12th-century town's ancient murrala. Stay in the middle of a piece of the city's history! The house is cozy, comfortable, and very quiet to be inside, so you will not notice that you are staying in the center of Madrid. It has two bedrooms with double beds, living room and bathroom. We take care of the details and cleanliness. You'll love it! The apartment located on the first floor with elevator, is newly renovated with a lot of style and design. It offers two rooms with super comfortable double beds, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you can need during your stay, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and water heater. The bathroom has a shower. The house/place/apartment has air-con, heater, and a very fast free WIFI connection which would allow you to telework, if necessary.  The ideal spot for a holiday in Madrid, for a nearby getaway, for families, or as an option for teleworking. We provide welcome kit as well as toiletries for all the guests coming to our house. The entire place is at our guests' disposal. An impeccable cleaning standard has always been one of our main objectives. Now, due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis; we are taking extra care when it comes to disinfecting and sanitizing all type of surfaces.  Complying with regulations, we only use products that have been approved by the Spanish government. Families are super welcome!! Tell us what your child needs (cribs, high chairs, cars, etc). We even offer you professional babysitter service in case you want to make a plan in Madrid that your kids can't attend! Ask us. The whole house is available to guests. La Latina is a historic neighborhood, famous for its tapas bars, restaurants and cafes. It is within the Madrid of the Austrias (historical center) and you can walk to the most popular tourist attractions including: La Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Opera, Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel and El Rastro. La Latina is a very safe neighborhood. You can move on foot to reach the most important tourist points of the city, such as Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, San Miguel Market .. La Latina metro station ( Line 5) is 3 minutes from the house, Tirso de Molina 5 ( Line 1) and  Sol metro station ( LInes 1,2 and 3) is just 10 minutes walking.

Very bright apartment, quiet, safe and friendly apartment. It has internet/TV, heating, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. There is an elevator, but being a first floor, you can walk up. The apartment is newly painted and arranged (December 2023). It is located in front of the Cebada Market in the historic downtown neighborhood of La Latina, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Mayor and 7 minutes from La Puerta de Sol. The La Latina subway is 100 meters away from the gate.
