Direct access to ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails! 2 bedrooms with queen size beds; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and futon in loft. Inflatable kayak and fishing poles for use on the pond or at nearby Lake Arbutus! UTV and Jet Ski rental available on site. We do have a 4 person can-am maverick and 2 Sea Doo jet skis available. Also explore nearby Lake Arbutus for a beach day, boating, or fishing. Access to ATV/snowmobile trails.

You'll love this place because of the spectacular views, horses, wildlife, fishing, hiking and hot tub for relaxing, a romantic getaway or simply just girl time. This spot is perfect for couples or solo adventurers! A unique suite is attached to an elegant vintage peg barn. Space for bringing horses, snowmobiles or ATV's since we have trails. A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available.

Outdoor space has modest front & back deck and a large fire pit and beautiful back yard space for outdoor relaxing.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 4 bedroom 2 full bath house, comes with TV and wifi, pots and pans for cooking, plates, cutlery etc. Pond in the backyard for swimming and fishing, Zipline , private overhang for family get togethers, We also have campers so you may have occasional neighbors! This is country living, nothing fancy but homey and comfy!! As of Oct 2025, we have added a shower house by the pond!
