Located close to Newton Lakes and High Falls flowage boat launches, public ATV/snowmobile trails, state & county parks, and a golf course. The large deck provides a perfect spot to enjoy nature. Located 1.5 miles from the famous Cave Point attraction in White Fish Dunes State Park, our cottage has everything you need for a fun, relaxing, and peaceful stay. Located 15-20 minutes from every major town in the County: Baileys Harbor, Egg Harbor, Sturgeon Bay, Fish Creek, and Sister Bay. Our space is brand new construction in 2024 finished with stained concrete floors, electric fireplace, upscale finishes, large back patio, & shared sauna.

Winding River Cottages-The River House

The River House is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. In addition to The River House, there are two other cottages also on the property. The house is located directly on the Menominee River, and has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and natural fireplace in an open concept space that is filled with natural light from a multitude of windows. Welcome to The Nut House! From the rustic hardwood floors to the log staircases, beams, knotty pine ceilings, and antique clawfoot tub, you will feel a sense of northwoods charm the minute you step in the front door of our quaint two bedroom log cabin. Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau!

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee.
