With lots of light and views in a quiet area 15 minutes walk from downtown, bus stop 60m away, and private parking area for your car. Disconnect in this unique and air-conditioned accommodation. Newly renovated penthouse on one of Jaén's main avenues. It has a great terrace of about 10m² with table and chairs, and a folding ceiling for the sunniest days. Functional and spacious rooms, with a simple and elegant decoration. I have taken special care in providing a quality rest, with a high end Flex mattress 160cm and good pillows and sheets. Bus and taxis stop right off at the side of the gate.
