This house is in the city center and close to all shops (1 km max) Completely renovated in 2022, it is located halfway between Bordeaux and Périgueux, at the gates of the Bergerac and Saint Emilion vineyards and 25 km from the historic site of the Battle of Castillon. The nearby Double Forest and Isle River will allow you to enjoy the calm of the Périgord Blanc. A few kilometers away you can also access supervised swimming lakes during the summer.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Elven Song is one of 3 cabins in the 100acre wood at terre et toi . It sits in a woodland clearing just above the lake,a moss lined path leads you to the waters edge 30 m away.The frame is made from tree trunks,the walls and benches hand sculpted from earth and finished with clay paints.The overhead skylight and tall windows give a light and airy feel to the inside and ensure a view of the sky and woodlands without moving from the kingsize bed

(extra bed for 2 people possible, sofa bed in the living room.) Close to the Double Forest, you can plan walks in nature. - 40 mins from BERGERAC and PERIGUEX, 35 from ST EMILION.

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
