Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mendrisio District

Good location in a beautiful region. We used it for a stopover in Monaco. Very nice property with great views. The house is very spacious and there is everything you need for a short vacation. We will be happy to come back.

Very cozy place with charm. We had a very nice time with our 3 children/teenagers and especially enjoyed the proximity to the lake and the gelateria very much. Jannika is very friendly and responds very, very quickly to requests.

Wonderful apartment, everything you need is available. Parking right outside the door! We got pizzas in the "osteria del teatro" (500 m away), these are highly recommended. We slept very well as it was very quiet. Glad to come back!

We wanted somewhere near the lakes, between Italy and Switzerland, and we found it. Do not expect a nice place downtown, close to everything. But with a car, you can easily move around and explore the whereabouts. Italian spoken anywhere in Lugano and english and maybe other languages. Not far from supermarkets, easy to find spots with "too good to go" food (and good stuff, believe me) and in case you find everything expensive, take a short ride to Como, by the italian side (you will not regret it, very good to buy groceries). Feel the air and enjoy your stay, definitely a very pleasant spot. Fabio and Inna are great hosts, will solve any problem right away. Too short for five days, stay a week if you can. By the way, we even changed the period of our stay (few days ahead) and that was no problem at all. Just go!

Excellent accommodation very well renovated and very functional. The bedrooms are relentless as well as the shower rooms. Kitchen level, it has all the necessary equipment for a family holiday stay. Free public parking available in the village and not far from the accommodation. The attentions of Eleonora and her mom were exquisite. We would definitely recommend this lovely experience.

We had a wonderful time here. We were a group of 7 people, the house big enough. It is equipped with everything we needed. The pool and garden, forecourt and terrace are priceless. The house is 2 minutes from the bus stop We will be happy to come back!

This is a true pearl! If you enjoy the lake, the view, being able to be outside, then this is the place to be. On top of this we were able to use the boat to explore the lake. The house was the cleanest that we have experienced, all kitchen equipment was clean. And we lacked nothing. Thank you Luciano for hosting us and we will be back!

Such a great place. The proximity to the lake is amazing, walking 2 minutes to reach a place to enter the lake for swimming. Fares was a great host. We will be back!

Our vacation started perfectly with the very warm welcome from Sabrina, how we felt welcome right away! :) The apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden and pool are also simply fantastic and ideal for enjoying the tranquility and recharging the batteries. We were even spoiled with homemade cake and fruits from the garden - just perfect🫶🏼

We had a wonderful stay. The house was festively decorated and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was quiet.. Veronica was an attentive host and always available if we had any questions.

We had a wonderful week in Meride at Daniella's with our children! Absolutely beautiful setting, full of possibilities in the surroundings, more than charming host! Our stay was better than our expectations!

Great place to stay with private lake access incl. Use of beach loungers overlooking Monte Generoso and parking space in the underground garage. The train station is a 15-minute walk away to get to Monte Generoso or Lugano, among other places. For a good selection of restaurants, we recommend going to Porto Ceresio (Italy). Regula was a very warm host and her homemade jam literally sweetened our days.

The apartment met all our expectations, the great location to the lake was great, with this proximity to the lake you are always in the lake to cool off with this warmth. The furnishings in the house were also great. We'll be back.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. We loved Romana and Dietrich's house and the location. The lake and mountain views are fantastic, the house is bright and spacious, with views in all rooms! Plus CDs and a great playlist! And especially a big thank you to Romana and Dietrich for their friendly welcome, their attention, and the time they spent with us. We already want to come back and we highly recommend this wonderful place!

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

We had a very dreamy and very pleasant stay and I hope we can return to this beautiful house again. Everything was clean and available. The view of the lake was truly spectacular and wonderful experience that we may not be able to experience again for years.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Ideal for a swimming and hiking holiday on Lake Lugano. Great location in a pleasant place without hustle and bustle.
